LeadIQ pricing and LeadIQ cost per month for one credit pool shared by five users

LeadIQ cost on Pro is $20 to $290.25 a month, depending on how many credits you pick, and up to five people share them. That is far below the per seat figures most guides still print. The cost that decides the bill is the phone number, at ten credits each.

The short answer

LeadIQ pricing is one credit pool with five users included. Pro is $20 a month for 200 credits, $50 for 1,000 and $290.25 for 6,750 on monthly billing, and 25% less billed annually. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 10. Enterprise is quoted and sold on annual billing only.

So the same plan is cheap or expensive depending on one habit. A team that emails pays 4 to 10 cents a contact. A team that calls pays 47 cents to $1.10 for a contact with a mobile number, because the phone reveal is ten times the email.

LeadIQ Pro pricing at each credit level, monthly and annual

Read off the credit slider on LeadIQ's own pricing page. Every row includes up to five users. Annual billing is shown per month and paid once a year.

200 $20.00 $15.00 $180 2,400
500 $30.00 $22.50 $270 6,000
1,000 $50.00 $37.50 $450 12,000
2,000 $94.00 $70.50 $846 24,000
3,000 $135.00 $101.25 $1,215 36,000
4,500 $202.50 $151.88 $1,822.50 54,000
6,750 $290.25 $217.69 $2,612.25 81,000

The slider also stops at levels between these rows, in steps of 100 credits up to 4,500 and 250 after that. Above 6,750 credits a month the slider moves to Enterprise.

What a LeadIQ email and a LeadIQ phone number really cost

The plan price divided by the credits, then multiplied by what each reveal uses. Monthly billing, rounded. Take a quarter off every figure for annual billing.

LeadIQ cost of an email, a phone number and both, and contacts with a phone number covered per month, at six Pro credit levels
Pro level Email Phone Both With phone, a month
200 credits, $20 $0.10 $1.00 $1.10 18
500 credits, $30 $0.06 $0.60 $0.66 45
1,000 credits, $50 $0.05 $0.50 $0.55 90
2,000 credits, $94 $0.047 $0.47 $0.52 181
4,500 credits, $202.50 $0.045 $0.45 $0.50 409
6,750 credits, $290.25 $0.043 $0.43 $0.47 613

Cents per phone number, monthly billing

200 credits $1.00
500 credits $0.60
1,000 credits $0.50
2,000 credits $0.47
4,500 credits $0.45
6,750 credits $0.43

The price per phone falls by more than half between the smallest and largest pool. The ratio to an email never changes. A phone is always ten emails.

For comparison on the same basis, UpLead charges one credit for a contact with both the email and the mobile number, about 50 cents on monthly Plus at full use, and Lusha charges five credits for a phone. That arithmetic is on uplead pricing and lusha pricing. Lead411 lists direct dials as included in each of Spark's 1,000 monthly exports, about 5 cents a contact at full use, broken down on lead411 pricing.

Five sales reps at a shared table working from one prospect list

Five users included means five people splitting one pool

The five users are the reason LeadIQ looks cheap next to per seat tools. They are also the catch. The credits do not multiply by five. A $50 plan with 1,000 credits a month gives each of five reps 200 credits, which is 200 emails or 18 contacts with a phone number each.

Size the pool from the team's real reveals, not from the headcount. Take last quarter's emails and phone numbers per person, multiply the phones by ten, add the emails, and divide by three. That is the monthly credit level to buy.

An email first team of five

About 1,000 emails a month between them fits the $50 level, or $37.50 billed annually. Few data tools in this market come close to that for five people.

A calling team of five

Each rep dialing 40 new contacts a month needs about 2,200 credits with emails included, which is the $99.88 level. Past 6,750 credits the only step is an Enterprise quote.

A sixth rep

Pro stops at five users on every level. A sixth person means a second account or the quoted Enterprise plan, which is annual only.

Which LeadIQ credit level to buy

Monthly billing first, for one full quarter, then annual once the number holds. The 25% saving only pays if the usage is steady, and the pricing page does not say whether unused credits carry over.

One or two reps, email only

200 to 500 credits, $20 to $30 a month. At this size LeadIQ is hard to undercut on list price.

Up to five reps, mostly email

1,000 to 2,000 credits, $50 to $94 a month. Check the per rep share before you add the fifth person.

A team that calls every day

3,000 credits and up. Compare the cost per contact with a phone against UpLead, which includes the mobile number in one credit.

More than five people, or SSO

Enterprise, on an annual quote. Ask for the price per credit in writing and hold it against the table above.

LeadIQ is cheap. The first message is not.

When the data costs a few cents a contact, it stops being the expensive part of outbound. The expensive part is the twenty minutes of reading behind a first email that shows you looked.

What LeadIQ gives you

A verified email, a mobile number if you pay ten credits, job change alerts and signals, and a message writer. The email then goes out from your own engagement tool.

What it leaves with the rep

Reading the company's site, finding what changed this quarter, deciding whether a claim about the prospect is true, and writing the follow ups. That is where the week goes.

What Saleswoman does

It reads the prospect's own site and public sources, writes the sequence, cites a source for each factual claim and holds any sentence it cannot back up. It has no contact database, so it runs alongside a data tool like LeadIQ.

The honest pairing

Keep LeadIQ for the addresses, at $20 to $94 a month for most small teams. Put the research and writing on a flat plan, $149 a month for Solo or $74 billed annually, with HubSpot and Pipedrive sync on every plan and Salesforce from Team. What each plan includes is on pricing.

LeadIQ against the alternatives, on their published prices

Seven options. The figure column holds only what each vendor prints on its own site. Where a vendor prints nothing, this table prints nothing.

UpLead Yes Essentials $99, Plus $199 a month, or $74 and $149 a month billed annually One credit per contact, email and mobile direct dial together. One user per plan One caller who wants the phone number without a phone surcharge

Figures come from each vendor's own public pricing page, read directly. Software pricing changes, so confirm before you sign. Which one suits which team is worked through in the guide to the leadiq alternative options, and a whole contact for one credit is priced on rocketreach pricing and UpLead's page.

When LeadIQ is the right buy

Said plainly, because a pricing page that never finds for the vendor is an advert.

A small team that emails

Up to five people on one printed price, with an email at 4 to 10 cents. No per seat tool in the table above beats that for five users.

You prospect from LinkedIn

The Chrome extension captures contacts as reps browse, which is how most SDR teams already work.

Champions change jobs

Job change tracking is on Pro, so a past buyer who moves to a new company shows up as a warm account instead of a lost contact.

You want to start without a call

Pro is bought from the pricing page without a sales call, and LeadIQ offers 30 days free on any plan to test it on your own list first.

If the real comparison is software against software

Some teams pricing a data tool are really choosing an AI SDR. Every AI SDR vendor that prints a number is on ai sdr pricing, and the database vendors that print nothing are on zoominfo pricing.

Questions buyers ask about LeadIQ pricing

How much does LeadIQ cost?
LeadIQ Pro costs $20 a month for 200 credits and rises with the credit level you pick, to $290.25 a month for 6,750 credits, on monthly billing. Annual billing takes 25% off, so the same range is $15 to $217.69 a month, or $180 to $2,612.25 a year. Up to five users share the pool. Enterprise is quoted and annual only.
How much does LeadIQ cost per month?
On monthly billing LeadIQ Pro is $20 for 200 credits, $50 for 1,000, $94 for 2,000, $202.50 for 4,500 and $290.25 for 6,750. That price covers up to five users, not one. The lower figures you may see on the page, from $15 a month, are annual billing shown per month and paid for the year.
How do LeadIQ credits work?
LeadIQ sells Universal Credits, one pool used by every workflow. A verified email costs 1 credit, a phone number 10, both together 11, and account enrichment 3. So 1,000 credits buy 1,000 emails or about 90 contacts with email and phone. The pricing page does not say whether unused credits roll over, so ask before you size the pool.
How many users does LeadIQ Pro include?
LeadIQ Pro includes up to five users on every credit level, and they draw from one shared pool. Five reps on 1,000 credits a month get about 200 credits each, which is 200 emails or 18 contacts with a phone number per rep. More than five users, or governance controls and SSO, means the quoted Enterprise plan.
Why do other guides say LeadIQ costs $75 to $150 per user?
Those figures describe LeadIQ's older per seat plans. The current pricing page sells one Universal Credit pool with five users included and prints the price for each credit level, from $20 a month. Price any quote against the live page rather than a guide, and ask your account executive which model an existing contract is on.
Is LeadIQ worth it?
LeadIQ is worth it for a small team that mostly needs emails, because an email costs 4 to 10 cents and five people share one bill. It is poor value for a team that calls: a phone number costs 10 credits, so a complete contact with a mobile number costs 47 cents to $1.10 on monthly billing.
Is LeadIQ cheaper than ZoomInfo?
On what can be compared, yes: LeadIQ prints Pro from $20 a month for five users, while ZoomInfo publishes no dollar figure and prices each contract by consumption credits, team size, features and term. LeadIQ Enterprise is also quoted, so for a large team the fair test is two written quotes for the same seats and volume.
Does LeadIQ write emails?
Yes, Pro includes an AI Outbound Message Writer. The pricing page lists integrations rather than a sequencing or sending feature, so the email is sent from your own engagement tool. What a writer needs to be trusted is a source for each claim about the prospect, which is worth testing on ten of your own accounts.
