Saleswoman

AI email writer that shows where every claim came from

It writes the email. Then it tells you which sentences in it are facts, where each one came from, and which one it could not back up. The second half is the part that matters.

The tool below is live. No account, no card, no email address before the result.

This draft asserts nothing checkable, so there is nothing to cite.

Daily cap, per mailbox

In the product, Saleswoman also reads the account's public pages and your CRM. In this demo it only has what you pasted, so anything it cannot source here is flagged rather than assumed.

What comes back, and how to check it in thirty seconds

Everything on this list is visible in the panel above. Run it twice with different input and watch which parts change.

The email, at sending length

A first touch under about a hundred words, at a reading grade a busy operator gets through in one pass, with the unsubscribe line and the address block already in place. Length and grade are reported next to the ranges they are judged against, so a rewrite has a target rather than a feeling.

A source for every factual sentence

Each sentence that asserts something checkable is listed with the line it came from. Tap a row to see the source. If the source is only what you pasted, that is what it says, because a citation to nothing is worse than no citation.

A rewrite for the ones it cannot back up

An unverified claim gets a suggested rewrite that removes the guess, usually by asking instead of stating. You keep the sentence, you source it, or you take the question. That decision stays yours and the tool refuses to make it invisible.

The four things a generated sales email invents

None of these is a rare edge case. They are the expected behaviour of a system that has to fill a slot and does not have enough about this account to fill it truthfully.

The invented event

A funding round, an acquisition, an office opening or a launch that did not happen, or happened to a company with a similar name. Specific, dateable, and immediately checkable by the person receiving it.

The invented attribute

Headcount, revenue, a tool they supposedly use. Usually inferred from the industry rather than from anything about this account, and phrased with the confidence of a fact.

The invented consensus

A sentence shaped like a statistic with no statistic behind it: "most operators at your scale are leaving margin on the table". The most common of the four, and the one nobody flags, because it reads as framing rather than as a claim.

The invented relationship

"Following up on our conversation" when there was no conversation. Sometimes a template artefact, sometimes the model filling a slot, always the fastest way to a complaint.

All four are detectable, which is the entire idea. The manual version of the check is written up in ai email writing tools, and it takes about ninety seconds a draft, which is fine at four drafts a day and not at forty.

What this writer does not do

Stated here rather than discovered later. Each of these is a real product in somebody else's category.

  • It does not browse the live web in the demo

It works from what you paste. In the product it also reads the account pages and CRM records you connect. Either way, anything it cannot source is flagged rather than assumed.

  • It does not find contacts

No lead database, no email finder, no enrichment. You bring the account and the address.

  • It does not send from this page

Nothing on this site connects to a mailbox. Sending, capping and queueing are the product, and they are described on the email outreach platform page.

  • It does not tell you an email will work

It tells you whether the email is defensible. Reply rate depends on your offer, your list and your timing, and no tool can score that honestly.

email outreach platform, for the sending side, and spam score checker for the checks that run alongside the writing.

The rest of the product, by job

The same product, entered from the job you came here to do. Each page states its own limits rather than repeating the pitch.

  • Spam score checker

What the score is made of, line by line, and the two things it deliberately does not test.

  • Email outreach platform

The cap, the queue and the suppression list, which is the part of a platform nobody demos.

  • CRM automation

Activity logging, deal notes and next steps, written from the thread instead of from memory.

  • Prospecting tools

Where a research tool ends and a list vendor begins, and which one this is.

  • Cold email software

The four things a cold email has to get right before volume is even worth discussing.

  • Sales automation tools

What to automate, what to review, and what a person still has to decide.
