Refund policy

Every Saleswoman payment is final. A charge comes back in three narrow cases only, described below.

Applies from 14 October 2026.

Three cases in which we return a charge

We start with the exceptions because there are so few of them. A charge is returned only when one of these applies and our records back it up, and only up to the amount of that charge.

  1. A double charge. Our billing collected payment twice for the same period.
  2. An unauthorised charge that the records confirm. Your card was used without your consent, you tell us within 14 days of the charge, and the payment and account history bear that out. The evidence decides, not the claim alone, and we may ask you to confirm that you reported the misuse to the bank that issued the card.
  3. A complete failure of the service. A fault on our side, confirmed by us, made the workspace entirely unusable for an unbroken stretch, you reported it at the time, and we could not fix it. A slow sequence, a paused send, a partial outage, or trouble with your own domain, mailbox, browser or network is not a complete failure.

A returned charge goes back to the card that paid it, never exceeds what you paid for the affected period, and settles our liability for that charge in full. It does not entitle you to a later one.

Everything else is final

A plan is a monthly or yearly subscription to Saleswoman: the workspace, its sequences and the limits described on the pricing page. You are paying for the period, not for each prospect researched or each email sent, and the whole period is open to you from its first day. Before buying you can try the live demo and read exactly what each plan covers.

Completing checkout is your request that we start the service straight away. Where a statutory withdrawal right or cooling-off period would otherwise apply, you accept that it ends once the service has begun at your request.

So none of these leads to a refund, whole or partial:

  • Reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline created or deals closed fell short of what you hoped.
  • Emails landed in spam or bounced because of your domain setup, sending reputation or lists.
  • You disliked the tone or a detail in AI-written emails, or the research on a prospect was incomplete.
  • You barely used the workspace, never launched a sequence, or left most of the limits untouched.
  • Your priorities changed, the project was paused, or you hired a human SDR instead.
  • A capability is not on the pricing page, or does not behave the way you pictured it.
  • You chose the wrong plan or the wrong billing cycle.
  • You took the plan for a one-time purchase. It renews, as the pricing page, checkout, receipt email and Billing all say.
  • A renewal went through because you did not cancel in time, or you cancelled just after it, including a renewal collected on a retry.
  • Someone you gave access to used the workspace or its private link.

Renewals and cancelling

Plans renew on their own until you cancel from Billing in your account, which you can do at any time and without writing to us. Cancelling stops every future renewal immediately. The workspace stays open until the paid period ends, and the remaining days are not credited back.

Payment for a new period is due when the period starts, because access starts then. If the card fails, the same invoice is retried over the next few days; those retries are not extra charges. Cancelling while a retry is pending stops future renewals only, and the period already started remains payable and is not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date shown in Billing if you want to avoid it.

How to raise a request

Email [email protected] from the address on your account within 14 days of the charge, with its date and amount and which of the three cases applies. Requests that arrive later, from another address or through another channel are not considered. We work in order of arrival, do not promise a reply time and do not reopen a declined request.

What we keep and how disputes are handled

For each subscription we keep the plan and price shown at checkout, the time you accepted our terms, the emails we sent you, and a log of workspace activity: sign-ins, sequences created and launched, prospects added and messages sent, with their technical details. Our payment operator holds its own record of every charge, including the country of the card, the origin of the payment and the result of bank authentication such as 3D Secure.

Opening a chargeback with your bank before writing to us breaches our terms. We hand these records to the card issuer, and the workspace is closed permanently.

Purchases before 14 October 2026

A plan bought before 14 October 2026 keeps the refund terms published on the day it was bought.
