RocketReach pricing: RocketReach cost per month, annual plans, and the real cost per contact

RocketReach prints its prices: $39, $79 and $169 a seat a month, or $229, $619 and $1,379 a year. The number that decides whether it is cheap for you is not on the plan card. It is how many contacts each seat actually exports.

The short answer

RocketReach pricing is published and per seat. Essentials (email only) is $39 a month or $229 a year, Pro (email and phone) is $79 a month or $619 a year, and Ultimate is $169 a month or $1,379 a year. Team plans with pooled credits start at $6,000 a year. Five free lookups come with a free account.

At full use an annual Pro seat costs about 17 cents per exported contact, which is low for data that includes phone numbers. The catch is the phrase "at full use". A seat that exports 150 contacts a year pays more than four dollars for each one.

RocketReach plans and prices, monthly and annual

Read off RocketReach's own pricing page, with the billing toggle on both settings. All plans are priced per seat, and the page offers 5% off when you add a seat.

RocketReach plans with the data each includes, monthly price and limits, annual price and limits
Plan Data Monthly billing Monthly limits Annual billing Annual limits
Essentials Email only $39 a month 100 lookups and 100 exports a month $229 a year ($19 a month) Unlimited lookups, 1,200 exports a year
Pro Email and phone $79 a month 250 lookups and 250 exports a month $619 a year ($52 a month) Unlimited lookups, 3,600 exports a year
Ultimate Email and phone $169 a month 1,000 lookups and 1,000 exports a month $1,379 a year ($115 a month) Unlimited lookups, 20,000 exports a year
Team plans Custom No figure published Pooled credits, company exports, custom packages From $6,000 a year Higher API limits, dedicated account manager

What Pro adds

Mobile and direct phone numbers, technographics, news and org charts, ten active Autopilot jobs, and the Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesloft and Bullhorn integrations.

What Ultimate adds

Twenty five active Autopilot jobs, Salesforce custom mapping, intent data and healthcare data, plus the 20,000 export allowance on annual billing.

What every plan carries

Contact and company search, verification, lists, CSV enrichment, sequences and an AI email writer, with sending capped at 500 emails a day.

The RocketReach annual discount is 50% on one plan, not three

The page says "Save 50%" next to the billing toggle. Here is twelve months of monthly billing against the published annual price, plan by plan.

RocketReach twelve monthly payments against the annual price for each plan
Plan 12 months, billed monthly Billed annually Saving a year Saving
Essentials $468 $229 $239 51%
Pro $948 $619 $329 35%
Ultimate $2,028 $1,379 $649 32%

None of this is hidden. It is simply that the headline figure describes the entry plan, and most teams that need phone numbers buy Pro or Ultimate, where the discount is about a third. That is still a real saving, and the annual plans also remove the monthly lookup cap.

The trade is flexibility. RocketReach lets you cancel any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you prepaid. On annual billing, a seat you stop using in March is still a seat you paid for until the renewal date.

RocketReach cost per contact, at full use and at real use

The plan price divided by the export allowance gives the best case. The second table shows what one annual Pro seat costs per contact when the team exports less than it bought.

RocketReach cost per exported contact at the full allowance, monthly and annual billing
Plan Monthly billing Annual billing
Essentials $0.39 $0.19
Pro $0.32 $0.17
Ultimate $0.17 $0.07
Annual Pro seat at $619 divided by the contacts actually exported in a year
Exports used a year, Pro annual Real cost per contact
3,600 (the full allowance) $0.17
1,200 $0.52
400 $1.55
150 $4.13

Replace the left column with the export count from your own account. A rep working 100 named accounts with three contacts each needs about 300 exports a year, which is the Essentials allowance, not Ultimate.

The same arithmetic on data vendors that do not publish a price is on seamless ai pricing and zoominfo pricing. RocketReach comes out ahead on transparency against both: you can price it without a sales call.

Seventeen cents a contact is cheap. The hour after the lookup is not.

A RocketReach export gives you a verified address. It does not tell you why this account should hear from you this month, or write the first line. That is where most of a rep's week goes.

If the job is finding people

You sell into titles across a wide market and need fresh emails and mobile numbers every week. Then RocketReach is priced well for it, and the only question is which plan matches your real export count.

If the job is writing to people you already have

Your accounts come from the CRM, partners or events. The contact is already there, and the cost is the twenty minutes of research behind each first message. More lookups will not shorten that.

What Saleswoman does with the account

It reads the prospect's own site and public sources, writes the sequence, cites a source for each factual claim and holds any sentence it cannot back up. You review, then it sends within the daily cap you set.

Where we do not fit

Saleswoman has no contact database, no phone data and no intent feed. If you need to find the people, keep a data tool. Many teams run both: a cheap lookup tool for addresses and a flat plan for the writing.

Figures come from each vendor's own public pricing page, read directly. Software pricing changes, so confirm before you sign. Which alternative suits which team is worked through in the guide to rocketreach alternative options.

When RocketReach is the right buy

Said plainly, because a pricing page that never finds for the vendor is an advert.

You want to price it without a call

Every self serve plan has a figure and a monthly option. For a small team that will not sit through a discovery call to learn a price, that alone puts it on the shortlist.

Phone numbers on a budget

Pro includes mobile and direct dials at $79 a month. On meters that charge several credits per phone reveal, a dial heavy team burns its allowance much faster.

Recruiting and healthcare

The Bullhorn integration and the healthcare data on Ultimate are aimed at recruiters and at teams selling into health systems. Those are specific, and not every contact tool has them.

You only pay for hits

A lookup that finds no verified email or phone is refunded. Test your own target list on the five free lookups before you pick a plan, and you will know the match rate you are buying.

Which RocketReach plan to buy, by export count

Pull last quarter's export count per rep before you choose. It decides the plan more reliably than the feature list.

Under 100 contacts a month, email only

Essentials on monthly billing at $39. You stay under the monthly cap and keep the option to stop.

Under 1,200 a year, email only

Essentials annual at $229. This is the one plan where the annual discount really is about half.

Phone numbers, up to 3,600 a year

Pro annual at $619. Check that each rep will export at least a few hundred contacts, or monthly Pro is safer.

More than 3,600 a year per seat

Ultimate annual at $1,379, with 20,000 exports. Monthly Ultimate caps you at 1,000 a month, 12,000 a year.

Five or more reps sharing a pool

Ask about team plans, from $6,000 a year. Pooled credits stop one heavy user from hitting a cap while others sit idle.

If the real comparison is people

Some teams pricing a data tool are really deciding between software and an outsourced team. What agencies charge is on sdr outsourcing, and every AI SDR vendor that prints a number is on ai sdr pricing.

Questions buyers ask about RocketReach pricing

How much does RocketReach cost?
RocketReach costs $39, $79 or $169 a seat a month on monthly billing, for Essentials, Pro and Ultimate. Billed annually the same plans are $229, $619 and $1,379 a year. Team plans with pooled credits start at $6,000 a year. Those are the figures on RocketReach's own pricing page, before any seat discount.
How much does RocketReach cost per month?
On monthly billing, Essentials is $39, Pro is $79 and Ultimate is $169 a month per seat. The annual plans are shown as $19, $52 and $115 a month, but that is the yearly price divided by twelve and paid up front. The monthly plans also cap lookups at 100, 250 and 1,000 a month.
Is RocketReach worth it?
It is worth it when your team exports close to its allowance, because at full use an annual Pro seat works out to about 17 cents per exported contact, with phone numbers included. It is poor value when a seat exports a few dozen contacts a month, since the per contact cost then rises several times over.
Does RocketReach really save 50% on annual billing?
Only on Essentials. Twelve monthly payments of $39 come to $468 against $229 a year, a 51% saving. On Pro the saving is $329 a year, about 35%, and on Ultimate it is $649, about 32%. The annual plans also lift the lookup cap, which matters more than the discount for heavy users.
What is the difference between a lookup and an export on RocketReach?
A lookup reveals a contact's verified email or phone number inside RocketReach. An export takes the contact out, to a CSV or a connected CRM. Annual plans give unlimited lookups but cap exports at 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 a year, so the export count is the real limit for a team that works in its CRM.
Does RocketReach charge for a lookup that finds nothing?
No. RocketReach says a lookup is used only if it finds and verifies an email or phone number, and is refunded otherwise. That makes its unit cleaner than meters that charge for every attempt, and it is worth testing your own target list on the free account to see the match rate first.
Can I cancel RocketReach anytime?
Yes, from the account page, but the cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you prepaid. On an annual plan that means you keep access and pay for the full year. There is no auto renew trap described on the pricing page, but put the renewal date in a calendar the day you buy.
What is the cheapest alternative to RocketReach?
On list price, RocketReach is already among the cheapest per contact. Lusha starts at $49.90 a month, Apollo.io at $49 a seat billed annually and UpLead at $99 a month. If the time goes into researching and writing to accounts you already have, a flat AI SDR such as Saleswoman at $149 a month is the other route.
