Lead411 pricing and Lead411 cost per month, down to the price of one export
Lead411 pricing starts with Spark at $49 a month for 1,000 exports, phone numbers included, and unused exports roll over. Few contact tools are cheaper per record. The price that grows is the step to a team, where Ignite starts at $150 a month.

The short answer
Lead411 pricing has three plans. Spark is $49 a month for 1,000 exports or $490 a year for 12,000 with buyer intent data. Ignite starts at $150 a month or $1,500 a year and adds the API and team accounts. Blaze, with unlimited exports, is quoted. Every plan includes direct dials, and unused exports roll over.
So the question is rarely whether Lead411 is cheap. At full use a Spark export costs about 5 cents. The question is whether one person will actually use 1,000 exports a month, and what happens when a second rep needs a login.
Lead411 Spark, Ignite and Blaze pricing on monthly and annual billing
As printed on Lead411's own pricing page. Two of the three figures carry the words "starting at" or "let's chat", so only Spark is a price you can pay without a call.
Spark
Monthly
$49
a month, 1,000 exports a month
Annual
$490
a year, 12,000 exports, buyer intent data included
Verified emails and direct dials, advanced search, company and employee data, the Chrome extension, CRM customizations, company news and the AI search assistant. Lead411's FAQ names Ignite and Blaze as the plans with team accounts, so Spark is the one person plan.
Ignite
Monthly
from $150
a month, 1,000+ exports a month
Annual
from $1,500
a year, flexible exports, intent as an add-on
Everything in Spark plus API access and multiple users with admin control. The "starting at" figure moves with team size and features, so the real number comes from a sales call.
Blaze
Monthly
quoted
no figure printed
Annual
quoted
unlimited exports a year, intent optional
Unlimited exports, custom onboarding, API support and integrations for large outbound teams. Annual. Lead411 also offers to buy out an existing data contract in some cases.
The page also offers a 7 day trial with 50 exports. It prints no overage price and no separate charge for a phone number, so ask for both in writing before you sign anything above Spark.
What one Lead411 export costs at the volume you really use
The headline 5 cents assumes every one of the 1,000 exports gets used. Most single seats do not. Divide the plan price by the exports the rep pulled last month and the picture changes quickly.
Rollover softens this, because an unused export is not lost. It does not change what you paid this month, and a balance that keeps growing is a sign the plan is larger than the work.
Spark, cost per export used
$49 a month, or $490 a year (about $40.83 a month), divided by the exports used. Rounded.
Lead411 cost per contact with a phone number, against four rivals
The smallest plan of each tool that includes phone numbers, monthly billing, every credit used. This is the comparison most guides skip, because it is the one where Lead411 wins.
$49 for 1,000 exports, phone included
$79 for 250 exports, phone from Pro
$50 for 1,000 credits, email 1 plus phone 10
$99 for 170 credits, one per contact
$49.90 for 400 credits, email 1 plus phone 5
How to read it
LeadIQ and Lusha charge extra credits for the phone number, ten and five, so a calling rep pays far more than the email price suggests. UpLead puts the mobile in one credit but sells 170 a month at Essentials. Lead411 sells 1,000 exports and lists direct dials as included.
The arithmetic for each is on leadiq pricing, uplead pricing and lusha pricing. Snov.io bills phones on a separate token meter, 20 to 44 cents a number, worked through on snov io pricing.
Exports roll over, seats do not
Lead411 is generous with volume and strict with people. Every unused export carries into the next billing cycle, which almost no rival offers. But Spark is built for one person, and the FAQ points teams to Ignite and Blaze.
That creates two quiet costs. A rep who exports 200 contacts a month builds a balance of 800 paid exports every month. And a manager who adds a second rep jumps from $49 to an Ignite quote that starts at $150, or runs two separate Spark plans with no shared admin.
One Spark seat, 200 exports used a month
$294 paid over six months for 1,200 contacts used, about 25 cents each, with 4,800 paid exports waiting.
One rep, heavy calling
Spark monthly. 1,000 exports with direct dials at $49 is the lowest cost per contact with a phone in this market. Move to annual once a full quarter shows steady use.
One rep, a few hundred a month
Still Spark, but watch the rollover balance. If it grows every month, the data is not the constraint. Time for research and writing is.
Two to five reps
Get the Ignite quote in writing, then price two Spark plans, LeadIQ Pro for five users at $20 to $94 a month, and Lusha Pro with two seats at $69.90.
At 5 cents a contact the data is not the expensive part
When an export costs a nickel, the bill that matters is the rep's time between the export and a first email worth answering.
What Lead411 gives you
A verified email, a direct dial, company and employee data, technology and hiring signals, lead scoring, and buyer intent on annual plans. The message still has to be researched and written.
What it leaves with the rep
Reading the account, finding what changed this quarter, checking that a claim about the prospect is true, and writing a sequence that does not sound like the last forty in their inbox.
What Saleswoman does
It reads the prospect's own site and public sources, writes the sequence, cites a source for each factual claim and holds any sentence it cannot back up. It has no contact database, so it runs next to Lead411.
The honest pairing
Keep Lead411 Spark for the contacts at $49 a month. Put the research and writing on a flat plan, $149 a month for Solo or $74 billed annually, with HubSpot and Pipedrive sync on every plan and Salesforce from Team. What each plan includes is on pricing.
Lead411 against the alternatives, on their published prices
Eight options. The figure column holds only what each vendor prints on its own site. Where a vendor prints nothing, this table prints nothing.
| Tool | Price published | Published figure | What it meters | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lead411 | Partly | Spark $49 a month or $490 a year. Ignite from $150 a month or $1,500 a year. Blaze quoted | Exports, phone included, unused exports roll over. Spark is one user | One rep who calls and emails a lot and wants the lowest cost per contact |
| LeadIQ | Yes | Pro $20 to $290.25 a month by credit level, 25% less billed annually. Enterprise quoted | One pool for up to 5 users. Email 1 credit, phone 10 | A small team that mostly emails and wants one shared bill |
| UpLead | Yes | Essentials $99, Plus $199 a month, or $74 and $149 a month billed annually | One credit per contact with email and mobile. One user per plan | A rep who wants a verified mobile on every record |
| Lusha | Yes | Starter $49.90, Pro $69.90, Premium $399.90 a month, or 25% less billed yearly | Credits. Email 1, phone 5. 1, 2 or 5 seats | Two to five reps who want seats on a printed price |
| RocketReach | Yes | Essentials $39, Pro $79, Ultimate $169 a seat a month, or $229, $619 and $1,379 a year | Lookups and exports per seat. Phones from Pro | Per seat buying for a few heavy exporters |
| Apollo.io | Yes | Basic $49, Professional $79, Organization $119 a seat a month billed annually | Seats plus 30,000 to 72,000 credits a seat a year | Contact data and sequencing on one bill |
| ZoomInfo | No | No dollar figure published | Consumption credits, scaled by team size, features and term | Finding accounts you have not identified yet |
| Saleswoman | Yes | $149 Solo, $399 Team, $999 Scale month to month, or $74, $199 and $499 a month billed annually | Flat, never per export. No contact database | Researching and writing to accounts you already know, with a source behind every claim |
Figures come from each vendor's own public pricing page, read directly. Software pricing changes, so confirm before you sign. Which one suits which team is worked through in the guide to every lead411 alternative, and the vendors that print no figure at all are on zoominfo pricing.
When Lead411 is the right buy
Said plainly, because a pricing page that never finds for the vendor is an advert.
One rep who dials
Direct dials are included in the export, so a phone heavy rep pays about 5 cents a contact on Spark instead of 50 to 75 cents on credit priced tools.
Uneven months
Unused exports roll over. A quarter with a conference or a holiday does not burn money the way a reset credit allowance does.
You want intent data cheaply
Annual Spark at $490 a year lists buyer intent data. Most vendors sell intent only on their quoted top tier.
You are leaving a big contract
Lead411 says it will match or beat most enterprise competitor quotes and in some cases buys out an existing data contract. Worth a call before a ZoomInfo renewal.
If the real comparison is software against software
Some teams pricing a data tool are really choosing an AI SDR. Every AI SDR vendor that prints a number is on ai sdr pricing, and the rest of the contact data market is laid out on prospecting tools.

The guide on this
Lead411 Spark is $49 a month for 1,000 exports with phone numbers included, which almost nothing in this market undercuts. Teams leave because a second rep joined, because the API and team seats start at a quoted Ignite plan, or because the data was never the slow part. Which Lead411 competitor fits each case, on what each one publishes.
