Terms of service
These terms apply to this website, to the live demo, and to the Saleswoman service.
Last updated 6 September 2026.
1. Who you are agreeing with
Saleswoman is the brand and the product described on this site. "We" and "us" mean the operator of the Saleswoman service, reachable at [email protected]. "You" means the person or the organisation using the site or the service. Using either means you accept these terms.
2. What this site is
A description of the Saleswoman product, plus a working demo and an email signup. There is no account area, no login and no checkout on this site. Entering your email and confirming the code signs you up to hear from us about getting set up. It does not create a paid subscription, nothing is charged, and no card is taken.
3. The demo
The demo generates a real email from what you type, using a language model, and scores it with the same checks the product uses. Two things follow from that. First, the output is generated text: it can be wrong, and you are responsible for reading it before you use it anywhere. Second, the demo does not research your prospect on the live web, and it does not claim to. It works only from what you give it.
Do not put personal data you are not entitled to share into the demo, and do not use it to generate content that breaks section 5. We rate limit it, and we can withdraw access to it from anyone abusing it.
4. Your responsibilities as a sender
This is the important section. Saleswoman helps you send email. It does not become the sender. You remain responsible for who you contact, on what legal basis, and for what the message says. Specifically, you are responsible for:
- Having a lawful basis to contact each person on your list, and recording it truthfully.
- Honouring opt outs, including ones that reach you outside the product.
- The accuracy of the sources you connect. The claim ledger proves a claim came from a record you supplied. It cannot tell you that record is correct.
- The content of anything you approve and send, including anything you edit after the checks have run.
- Complying with the law where you and your recipients are, which may include CAN-SPAM, GDPR, UWG, CASL, PECR and others we have not listed.
The checks are designed to make compliance easier and mistakes harder. They are not a warranty of compliance and nothing on this site is legal advice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Saleswoman to:
- Send to purchased, scraped or otherwise unlawfully obtained lists.
- Impersonate another person, business or brand, or forge sender information.
- Make claims you know to be untrue, including claims the ledger marked unverified and you then edited around.
- Send anything unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or aimed at defrauding the recipient.
- Circumvent the send caps, the suppression list or the complaint rate pause, or attempt to.
- Resell the service, or use it to run outreach for a third party without the per-client separation an agency account provides.
We can suspend an account that breaches this section, and we will tell you why. A breach that puts other senders at risk may be suspended first and discussed afterwards.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
Plans and their prices are described on the pricing page. Monthly plans are billed monthly and cancellable from your account, effective at the end of the paid period. Annual plans are billed for the year. Enterprise agreements are set out in a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ. Prices exclude any local tax. We can change prices for future periods with notice, and never retroactively for a period you have paid for.
7. Your content and your data
Everything you upload, connect or generate stays yours. You give us the permission we need to run the service for you: to store it, process it and produce drafts from it. That permission ends when you delete the content or close the account. We do not sell it, do not pool it into a shared database, and do not use it to train foundation models. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running and we will tell you about planned maintenance. Outside a signed Enterprise SLA, the service is provided as is and without an availability guarantee. Third party outages, including mail providers and language model providers, can affect it and are outside our control.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or lost pipeline, or for damage to a sending domain's reputation arising from how you used the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Ending it
You can stop using the site at any time and cancel a plan from your account. We can end or suspend access for a breach of section 4 or 5, for non-payment, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
11. Changes to these terms
We will change the date at the top when these terms change, and for material changes we will notify anyone with a confirmed email address before the change takes effect.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms go to [email protected]. A person reads it.
