Snov.io pricing and Snov.io cost per credit, recipient and phone number
Snov.io costs $39 to $738 a month, 25% less billed annually, and every paid plan comes with unlimited seats. The plan price is the small part. Phone numbers run on a separate token meter and LinkedIn costs $69 a slot on top.

The short answer
Snov.io pricing has five published plans. Starter is $39 a month, Pro S $99, Pro M $189, Pro L $369 and Ultra $738, or $29.25 to $553.50 a month billed annually. Custom Ultra is quoted. Every paid plan includes unlimited team seats and unlimited senders.
What you are really buying is three allowances: credits to find and verify emails, recipients to contact, and enrichment tokens for phone numbers. The first two are generous. The third is where a calling team's bill doubles.
One subscription, three meters that reset on different rules
Most contact tools sell one unit. Snov.io sells three, and each one expires differently. That is the part to understand before you pick a tier, because the tier you need is set by whichever meter runs out first.
For an email only team it is usually recipients. For a team that also calls, it is tokens, long before credits.
Starter, $39 a month, what resets and when
Find and verify emails. Expire in 30 days, roll over on annual or with renewal on
First contact per lead. Follow-ups free. Expire in 30 days, never roll over
Phone numbers, 10 or 22 a number. Reset at renewal
75 tokens buy about seven phone numbers through the cheaper provider. The bar is drawn to that scale.

Custom Ultra is quoted, from 200,000 credits and 400,000 recipients, and is the only tier whose card lists unused credit rollover as a feature. A renewing Trial plan gives 50 credits and 100 recipients without export or integrations.
What one Snov.io credit costs on each plan
Snov.io makes this point itself: a Starter credit costs about four times a Pro M credit. The drop is steep up to Pro M and flat after it, because Pro L and Ultra price credits identically.
The trap runs the other way. A credit is only cheap if you use it. A team on Pro M that saves 3,000 prospects a month pays 6.3 cents a credit, more than Starter at full use.
Cost per credit, every credit used
Plan price divided by plan credits. Rounded.
Snov.io cost for a rep who also calls
Phone numbers do not use credits. They use enrichment tokens, at 10 tokens per number found through Wiza or 22 through Zeliq, and a token costs $0.02 in packs. That is 20 or 44 cents a number, charged only when one is found.
Take one rep working 300 new prospects a month, email and phone for each, on Starter:
covers 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients
75 come with the plan, three 1,000 token packs at $20
About $99 a month, 33 cents a contact, if every number is found through the 10 token provider. The phones are 60% of the bill. Fewer numbers found means fewer tokens spent.
Against the tools on lusha pricing and lead411 pricing, that is mid table: cheaper per phone than Lusha's five credit reveal, dearer than Lead411, which includes direct dials in the export.
Unlimited seats, paid LinkedIn slots
Snov.io prices people generously and LinkedIn accounts strictly. Both matter more to a team than the tier name.
Seats cost nothing
Every paid plan includes unlimited team seats and unlimited sender accounts, with credits and recipients shared. Ten reps on Pro S pay $99, not ten licences. Per seat tools like Apollo.io start at $49 a seat billed annually.
LinkedIn costs per account
LinkedIn automation is $69 a month per connected account, $62 on annual, and $10 less per slot with a Sales Suite plan. Three reps on LinkedIn add about $177 a month to a $39 plan.
Recipients do not carry
A recipient is charged on first contact and follow-ups are free that period. Unused recipients expire after 30 days, so a slow month is lost, while credits can roll over on annual billing.
At a cent a credit, volume is not the problem
Snov.io makes sending cheap. Pro S lets a team contact 25,000 people a month. Very few small B2B teams have 25,000 people worth writing to, and the ones who send that much usually find the reply rate, not the recipient count, is what limits pipeline.
What Snov.io gives you
A database search, email finding and seven tier verification, warm-up, drip campaigns with unlimited follow-ups, a CRM, and AI tools that write from the fields you enriched.
What it leaves with the rep
Reading each account properly, finding what changed this quarter, checking that every claim about the prospect is true, and deciding which 200 accounts deserve a real first email.
What Saleswoman does
It reads the prospect's own site and public sources, writes the sequence, cites a source for each factual claim and holds any sentence it cannot back up. It has no contact database and caps sends per mailbox, so it is built for fewer, better emails.
The honest pairing
Keep Snov.io for finding and verifying addresses. Put your best accounts on a flat plan, $149 a month for Solo or $74 billed annually, with HubSpot and Pipedrive sync on every plan and Salesforce from Team. What each plan includes is on pricing.

When Snov.io is the right buy
Said plainly, because a pricing page that never finds for the vendor is an advert.
A growing team on one bill
Seats are unlimited, so adding the fifth or the fifteenth rep costs nothing. Few published tools price a team that way.
Email first outreach at volume
Pro M gives 50,000 recipients and 20,000 credits for $189, with unlimited follow-ups and warm-up on every mailbox.
An agency running many clients
Unlimited senders and campaigns, shared do-not-email lists and team data permissions fit client work without per seat math.
You want the stack in one place
Finder, verifier, warm-up, sequences and a CRM sit on one subscription, with HubSpot and Pipedrive two-way sync on paid plans.
If the bigger question is the database
Teams comparing Snov.io with a larger data vendor will find the quote only side of that market on zoominfo pricing, and the rest of the contact data tools on prospecting tools.

The guide on this
Snov.io is cheap for what it does: $39 a month buys 1,000 credits, 5,000 recipients and unlimited seats. Teams leave because phone numbers are billed on a separate token meter, because LinkedIn costs $69 a slot on top, or because the emails go out on time and nobody answers. Which Snov.io competitor fits each case, on what each one publishes.

Cold email software
The four things a cold email has to get right before volume is even worth discussing.
You have the address. See what gets said to it.
Paste an account you would normally load into a Snov.io campaign. The demo researches it, writes the first touch, and marks every sentence it cannot source. No sales call, no card.
Your data stays yours. Prospect data is never used to train a model. The demo needs no card and no account.
