Artisan AI pricing and Artisan AI SDR pricing for Team, Scale and Enterprise, and what each plan is sized on
Holding an Artisan demo invite or an Ava quote? Start with what the plan covers, how your quote is sized, and how much of the allowance your reps will use. Artisan publishes the scope, but no dollar price.

The short answer
Artisan AI pricing is custom quoted, with no dollar figure published anywhere on its site. Plans are sized to lead volume, mailboxes and dialer seats, with about 2,500 leads contacted a month on Team and about 6,000 on Scale. To judge your quote, divide its monthly equivalent by the leads you will actually contact, then check the credits, onboarding and contract terms in writing.
Search results offer conflicting monthly estimates. None comes from Artisan, so none belongs in your budget as a confirmed price. Treat the demo as a chance to turn a proposed bundle into an order form your finance lead can check.

Artisan Team, Scale and Enterprise side by side
These plans appear on the Businesses & Enterprises tab. The pricing page also has a Startups tab.
| Plan | Leads a month | What is added | Support |
|---|---|---|---|
| Team | About 2,500 | Every campaign type, autonomous replies and meeting booking, contact database and CRM sync | CSM support and onboarding |
| Scale | About 6,000 | Everything in Team, plus CRM setup included | Dedicated CSM and priority support |
| Enterprise | Custom | Everything in Scale, plus advanced security controls and audit logs | Forward-deployed strategist, full onboarding buildout and dedicated strategic support |
Scale is marked Most popular. Every plan includes every campaign type, autonomous replies and meeting booking, 250M+ verified B2B contacts, Salesforce and HubSpot sync, CSM support and onboarding. The AI dialer is an add-on per seat. Enterprise has custom, flexible plans.
The jump from Team to Scale combines more leads with a different support arrangement. Ask whether you need the added capacity, the dedicated CSM, or both. A larger allowance only improves your economics if you have suitable accounts and a reason to contact them.
The three things an Artisan quote is sized on
Lead volume, mailboxes and dialer seats are the inputs Artisan names. Credits need a definition too.
Leads contacted
Start with the people you intend to reach, then ask how Artisan counts them. Confirm how repeat contacts, exclusions and campaign changes affect the allowance. A database record and a contacted lead are different things to count when you plan a campaign.
Mailboxes
Ava sends in your reps' names from your own sending domains. Bring your sending setup to the demo. Ask which mailboxes and domains the quote covers, who handles setup, and what changes to that setup would change the bill.
Dialer seats
The AI dialer add-on is per seat. Count the reps who will use it and ask for that line separately. Confirm how adding or removing a dialer seat affects the quote. Do not assume every email user needs the same calling setup.
Artisan describes its model as credit-based pricing and says credit volume and dialer seats are tuned to your pipeline, with no hidden line items. Ask what consumes a credit and when it expires. A credit allowance is useful for comparison only once you know what work it pays for.
Artisan AI cost per lead at the volume you really send
Divide your quoted monthly figure by the leads you will really contact, not by the plan's allowance. This table shows the arithmetic per $1,000 of a monthly quote. That amount is a calculation unit, not an Artisan price or an estimate.
Multiply the displayed cost by your quoted monthly total divided by $1,000. The rounded Scale figure assumes the full allowance is used. Neither allowance predicts replies or meetings, and cost per contacted lead is only a starting point for deciding whether a campaign pays.
| Leads contacted a month | Cost per lead |
|---|---|
| About 2,500, Team allowance | $0.40 |
| About 6,000, Scale allowance | $0.17 |
| 500 actually contacted | $2.00 |
| 1,000 actually contacted | $1.00 |
Ask for these quote lines separately.
- Lead volume
- Mailboxes and domains
- Dialer seats
- Credits and whether unused credits roll over
- Contract term and renewal cap
- Onboarding
Questions for the Artisan order form
Use the walkthrough to settle scope. Ask for the answers in the document you will sign.
What exactly consumes our allowance?
Get definitions for a contacted lead and a credit. Ask what happens when a record is excluded or a campaign is paused. Confirm whether unused credits roll over and how additional volume is approved.
What is the full commitment?
Request the billing schedule, contract term, renewal cap and cancellation terms. Compare the whole obligation with your budget, including onboarding. Do not infer a monthly cancellation right from a monthly equivalent on a quote.
Who owns the sending setup?
List the mailboxes and domains covered by the agreement. Confirm responsibilities for setup and ongoing administration, then ask what access and configuration you retain if the relationship ends.
How will approvals work?
Artisan offers approval before sending, locked tone and CTAs, and banned phrases. Ask to see those controls on your own messaging. Decide who approves a campaign and who can change its rules after approval.
What gets written back to our CRM?
Salesforce and HubSpot sync bi-directionally, with custom webhooks and Slack also available. Walk through field mapping, ownership and duplicate handling. Ask which setup work is included in your proposed tier.
What does onboarding deliver?
Name the campaigns, integrations and approval rules you expect to have working at handoff. Identify who owns each task. Enterprise lists a full onboarding buildout, so clarify the deliverables for the plan you are actually buying.
Artisan AI pricing against AI SDR tools that print a price
Published prices reveal different buying models. Compare the work included as well as the billing unit.
| Tool | Published pricing | Scope and billing details |
|---|---|---|
| Artisan (Ava) | No figure published. Quote sized on leads, mailboxes and dialer seats | Team about 2,500 or Scale about 6,000 leads a month |
| 11x (Alice) | Growth from $3,750 a month billed annually. Its own FAQ says $36,000 a year on Growth. Pro and Enterprise quoted | Growth includes up to 5 users and 2,000 new prospects |
| AiSDR | Pay as you go $1.50 per person prospected, charged daily. Stop anytime, no sales call | Team plans for 1,000+ people a month priced on volume, with "up to 40% lower price per contact", billed monthly on quarterly contracts |
| Salesforge | Pro $40 a month billed annually ($48 monthly). Agent Frank AI SDR add-on about $499 a month quarterly or about $416 annual | Lead data and mailboxes separate |
| Regie.ai (RegieGO) | Pro $49 a month ($41 annual). Team $150 a seat a month ($125 annual) | Pro includes 5,000 credits. Team has a two seat minimum |
| Saleswoman | Solo $149 a month or $74 billed annually ($888 a year). Team $399 or $199 annual. Scale $999 or $499 annual | Solo 1 seat and 1 mailbox. Team 3 seats, 5 mailboxes and Salesforce sync. Scale 10 seats and 20 mailboxes. No contact database or meeting booking |
Saleswoman annual figures are monthly equivalents billed annually. The 11x Growth card and its FAQ give different annual totals, so ask which applies. These figures come from the vendors' own pages, not estimates of what Artisan might charge.
The 11x pricing guide explains its published figures. For daily contact billing, read AiSDR pricing. Use AI SDR pricing to compare the broader set of billing models.
Compare workflows in Artisan AI alternatives before choosing a lower sticker price. If your shortlist also includes an inbound agent, read Qualified Piper pricing and keep that buying decision separate from your outbound budget.
When Artisan is the right buy
A bundled outbound system can be worth paying for when your team will use its scope.
You need contacts and calling together
A team that wants a bundled 250M+ verified B2B contact database and a dialer for reps has a reason to evaluate Artisan. Include the data and calling tools you would otherwise buy when comparing the quote. Check that the contacts fit your actual market during the demo.
You want autonomous meeting booking
Autonomous replies and meeting booking are included on every plan. That scope matters if you want an agent to carry a conversation past the first touch. Ask to see how approval settings and locked CTAs apply to the workflow your team intends to run.
You want white-glove onboarding
Enterprise lists a forward-deployed strategist, full onboarding buildout and dedicated strategic support. Those are relevant to a rollout that needs hands-on help. Decide which responsibilities you want Artisan to own and put those deliverables into the order form.
Your review requires SOC 2 and SSO
Artisan lists SOC 2 Type II, SSO/SAML and audit logs. Enterprise also names advanced security controls and audit logs in its plan details. Bring your security requirements to the conversation and confirm which controls are covered by your proposed agreement.
When a flat priced AI SDR is the cheaper shape
If your team works a few hundred known accounts a month and already has contacts in the CRM, price the research and writing work separately. You may have little use for a large bundled database or autonomous meeting booking. A flat subscription can fit that workload better, subject to the Artisan quote you receive.
Saleswoman researches known accounts, writes an email with a source for every claim, and holds any draft it cannot back up. It sends from your own mailbox. It does not bundle a contact database and does not book meetings, so keep those differences in the comparison.
Start with the work you already have
Bring an account from your CRM to the demo above. Read the draft and its sources. Then decide whether the job you need help with is writing to known accounts or buying and operating a wider outbound system.
See seats, mailboxes and billing options on Saleswoman pricing. Match those limits to your working team before choosing an annual commitment.
