AiSDR pricing and AiSDR cost per contact on pay as you go and Team plans, and what an AI SDR costs per seat

AiSDR dropped its fixed monthly tiers. It now prints one self serve rate, $1.50 per person prospected and charged daily, and quotes Team plans for 1,000 or more people a month on quarterly contracts. What a month really costs at your volume, what the Team quote changes, and when a flat AI SDR plan works out cheaper.

In the product, Saleswoman also reads the account's public pages and your CRM. In this demo it only has what you pasted, so anything it cannot source here is flagged rather than assumed.

AiSDR charges $1.50 per person prospected on pay as you go, with no monthly fee. Research, lists and writing cost nothing extra. Billing is daily, you can stop anytime and campaigns start from $7.50. Team plans for teams contacting 1,000 or more people a month are quoted by volume, with up to 40% lower price per contact, monthly billing and quarterly contracts.

AiSDR publishes a self serve rate, while Team plans need a sales call. The budget depends on how many people you reach and whether you need the Team features, including Salesforce integration. The figures below come from AiSDR's own pricing page and its pricing.md export. If you are still deciding between vendors, the full field is lined up on ai sdr pricing.

AiSDR plans and what each one includes

Plan Price Volume CRM Billing and term
Pay as you go$1.50 per person prospected, no monthly feePay only for people you reachTwo way HubSpot syncCharged daily, stop anytime, no sales call
Team plansQuoted by volume, up to 40% lower price per contactFor teams contacting 1,000+ people a monthHubSpot and SalesforceBilled monthly with quarterly contracts, cancel anytime

Pay as you go includes Ami, the AI outbound agent, 2B+ profiles, live signals and waterfall enrichment from 20 data providers. Multichannel sequences include LinkedIn connection requests, DMs, InMails and voice notes. Bounce checks, email infrastructure with lookalike domains, warmup, deliverability monitoring, a unified inbox, AI reply handling and two way HubSpot sync are included.

Team plans include everything in pay as you go plus a dedicated GTM engineer, Salesforce integration, LinkedIn signals, website visitor tracking, compliance and security reviews, a SaaS contract and DPA, and AI video and voice notes.

AiSDR cost per person prospected at real usage

The self serve meter is people prospected, not researched contacts reserved in a monthly allowance. AiSDR says you pay only for people you reach. Research, lists and writing cost nothing extra, so a smaller campaign does not leave you paying for an unused contact tier.

People prospected in a month Pay as you go total Price per person Team plan option
200$300$1.50Pay as you go
800$1,200$1.50Pay as you go
1,000$1,500$1.50Ask sales for a volume quote
2,500$3,750$1.50Ask sales for a volume quote

These are pay as you go totals at the published rate, not Team quotes. Team plans advertise up to 40% lower price per contact. At the maximum discount, the arithmetic floor is about $0.90 per person, but that is not a guaranteed rate or a published Team plan price. Ask sales which rate applies to your volume.

What should I expect to pay for an AI SDR agent per month per seat

AI SDR agents are mostly not priced per seat. AiSDR charges $1.50 per person contacted. 11x Growth starts at $3,750 monthly for 2,000 prospects, billed annually; Artisan is quote only. Saleswoman charges flat monthly plans of $149 Solo, $399 Team for 3 seats and $999 Scale for 10 seats, about $133 and $100 per seat respectively.

Compare the billing unit before dividing by seats. AiSDR charges for people prospected, 11x sells a prospect allowance and Artisan quotes the plan. Saleswoman charges by plan, so the Team and Scale per seat figures above apply when all included seats are used on monthly billing. They do not change the plan price.

AiSDR daily billing and Team contract terms

Pay as you go is self serve, charged daily and has no monthly fee. You can start without a sales call and stop anytime. The pricing FAQ says campaigns start from $7.50, so an initial test does not require buying a monthly contact allowance.

Team plans are billed monthly with quarterly contracts, and the page says cancel anytime. Confirm how cancellation works within the quarterly contract on the sales call. The published page does not give a fixed Team price from which to calculate a first quarterly commitment.

Email infrastructure is included, but keep the identity details consistent across your sending mailboxes. Email signature software that sets one template for the whole company keeps sender details consistent as you add capacity.

AiSDR HubSpot on every plan and Salesforce on Team plans

Two way HubSpot sync is included in pay as you go and Team plans. Salesforce integration is a Team feature, so a Salesforce team needs a sales call and a volume quote. There is no published fixed monthly Salesforce tier price to use in a budget.

If that is your situation, compare it with tools that publish a Salesforce plan price. Saleswoman includes Salesforce sync from Team, $399 a month for three seats, or $199 a month billed annually. If you are weighing Salesforce's own agent instead, the per conversation math is on our agentforce alternative page.

AiSDR managed service and other extras

AiSDR lists a warmed-up mailbox at $33, a per-campaign managed service at $149 a campaign and a fully managed service at $2,500 a month. These are add-ons, not contact plan prices. Email infrastructure, warmup and deliverability monitoring are included in pay as you go; confirm the mailbox add-on terms and service scope before adding them to your budget.

At 2,500 people, AiSDR pay as you go costs $3,750, the same monthly figure as the starting price for 11x Growth, which covers 2,000 prospects and is billed annually. That is a comparison of published prices and allowances, not equivalent products or contract terms. AiSDR Team plans need a quote. The full 11x breakdown is on our 11x pricing page, and other tools with a printed price are compared in 11x alternatives.

When a flat AI SDR plan is cheaper than AiSDR

A per person meter suits a team that wants its bill to follow outreach volume. A flat plan can be cheaper when you already have the accounts and need research and writing without another charge for each person contacted. Compare the functions you need as well as the invoice.

Saleswoman prices that case flat. Solo is $149 a month for one seat and one mailbox, Team is $399 for three seats, five mailboxes and Salesforce sync, and Scale is $999 for ten seats and twenty mailboxes, all month to month, or roughly half that billed annually. There is no contact meter, and no contact database either: you bring the accounts, it reads each prospect's own site and public sources, writes the sequence, cites a source for each factual claim and holds anything it cannot back up for your review. Plans are on pricing.

If you need AiSDR to find the people, its database and LinkedIn steps are part of what you pay for. If you already know who you are writing to and want every claim in the email checked, compare Saleswoman's flat plan against your expected AiSDR usage. At 800 people, AiSDR pay as you go is $1,200; Saleswoman Team is $399 on monthly billing, with different data and outreach capabilities.

Teams contacting 1,000 or more people a month can ask for a Team quote with up to 40% lower price per contact and added support and integrations.

More on sales outreach tools

The rest of the writing, on the same three subjects: what to send, what to check before it goes, and what to keep afterwards.

  • Lead Forensics alternatives

Lead Forensics prices every contract on your website traffic after a one week trial, and Automate is where workflow, lead routing and ABM matching sit. Teams look elsewhere because they want a price before the demo, because they want the person rather than the company, or because identified accounts never got an email worth answering. Which Lead Forensics competitor fits each case, on what each one publishes.

  • Qualified Piper pricing

Qualified prints no dollar figure for Piper, but it does print what each plan holds: web sessions, active email contacts and agent profiles. What those allowances mean for a US team, the lines a Qualified quote adds up, and when an outbound AI SDR with a public price is the better buy.

  • 6sense competitors

6sense quotes every contract and sells one Sales Intelligence license with credits, Predictive AI or both. Teams leave because credits expire unused, because they mostly needed to know who visits the website, or because the intent signals never turned into emails anyone answered. Which 6sense competitor fits each case, on what each one publishes.

  • Bombora alternatives

Bombora sells intent data on a quote and calls itself a data company, not a platform. Teams leave because the weekly surge list never changed what reps did, because they only needed a handful of topics, or because they really wanted to know who was on the website. Which Bombora competitor fits each case, on what each one publishes.
