Qualified Piper pricing and what the Piper AI SDR costs on Premier, Enterprise and Ultimate

Qualified prints no dollar figure for Piper, but it does print what each plan holds: web sessions, active email contacts and agent profiles. What those allowances mean for a US team, the lines a Qualified quote adds up, and when an outbound AI SDR with a public price is the better buy.

The short answer

Qualified Piper pricing is custom quoted, with no public dollar figure for Premier, Enterprise or Ultimate. Every plan says "Contact us," and the main call to action is "Schedule a demo." The published differences are capacity and capabilities, so your quote needs a plan name, monthly allowances and an explicit feature list before you can judge its cost.

If you have a demo invite or proposal open, start there. Search results offer annual estimates, but those figures do not come from Qualified. We do not repeat them. The useful answer to "how much does Qualified cost" is the number on your own proposal, checked against the inbound work your team actually needs done.

Premier, Enterprise and Ultimate side by side

Premier covers the basics of inbound pipeline generation with an SDR agent. Enterprise expands capacity and adds capabilities for complex sales motions. Ultimate is positioned for enterprise-wide deployment. Here is what the cards actually include.

Plan Web sessions a month Active email contacts a month Agent profiles What is added
Premier250,0002,5001Text, voice and video, agentic website and email conversations, meeting booking, multi-language support
Enterprise2,000,00010,0001Everything in Premier plus agent handoff, MCP and API access, Salesforce sandbox
Ultimate5,000,00024,0001 in the includes line, multiple profiles in the feature listEverything in Enterprise plus multiple agent profiles, high volume contact databases, dedicated IP address

Ultimate has an ambiguity worth resolving before signing. Its card lists multiple agent profiles as a feature, while its includes line reads "1 SDR agent profile." Ask which applies to your contract and whether additional profiles carry a separate charge. Do not assume the feature name settles the allowance.

All plans include AI SDR Agent Studio, Agent Spotlight, account segmentation with waterfall enrichment, integrations with Salesforce CRM and 20+ go to market systems, and Qualified and Salesforce reporting and analytics. They also include advanced conversation, email and meeting routing, automated workflow actions and notifications in third party systems. Those shared capabilities alone do not explain an upgrade to Enterprise.

What a Qualified quote is sized on

Read Qualified pricing through the published capacity dimensions, web sessions, active email contacts and agent profiles. These are allowances on the cards, not a published promise that each session or contact has a separate unit price. Ask your account executive how your traffic and inbox volumes map to the proposed plan.

Definitions matter. Ask what counts as a web session, which domains count toward the allowance, and how an email contact becomes active. Have the rep explain repeat visits, repeat conversations and the reset period. Bring your own traffic report so the discussion starts with observed usage rather than a growth assumption.

Features can decide the tier before volume does. Agent handoff, MCP and API access, and Salesforce sandbox arrive on Enterprise. A team below Premier's capacity could still need one of them. Ask for that requirement to be named on the quote so you can distinguish the cost of a necessary capability from unused capacity.

The allowance math to run on your quote

The table below is pure arithmetic per $1,000 of monthly quote. It is not Qualified's price, an estimate of its price, or an overage rate. Each row divides the same hypothetical quote unit by a plan's full published allowance. Contacts and sessions are separate views of the same spend, so do not add them.

Plan Cost per active email contact per $1,000 of monthly quote Cost per 1,000 web sessions per $1,000 of monthly quote
Premier$0.40$4.00
Enterprise$0.10$0.50
UltimateAbout $0.04$0.20

Divide your monthly quote by $1,000 and multiply the relevant cell by that result. If the proposal is annual, first divide the recurring annual amount by the months it covers. Keep any separately quoted setup or services costs visible when comparing the full commitment.

Allowance cost only helps if you use the allowance. A site with 40,000 sessions a month uses 16% of Premier's 250,000 sessions. Divide your actual quote by actual sessions too. The bigger plan's lower normalized rate does not make it cheaper for a smaller site, and a session is not a qualified conversation or a booked meeting.

Inbound or outbound and the job you are buying

Piper is built for inbound. It answers people who already came to you, through website visits and inbound leads in the inbox. Its capabilities include Piper Conversations, Piper Email, Piper Meetings, Piper Offers and Piper for Slack. The Piper AI SDR label does not change that starting point.

Outbound to accounts that never visited is a different job. If your brief is to research a named account and start an email conversation, evaluate that workflow separately. The broader AI SDR pricing comparison helps separate jobs before comparing bills. For another outbound buying discussion, read Artisan AI pricing.

For a smaller team that wants a chat assistant on its site without a five figure contract, consider an AI chatbot for your website that answers visitors and captures leads. Compare the actual quote and required workflow before treating a chat assistant as a substitute for Piper's broader inbound program.

When Qualified is the right buy

Qualified is a sensible candidate for a Salesforce-centric team with real website traffic that wants live chat, voice and video, and meetings booked on the site. In that setting, the website already has people to serve. The decision is how well the proposed inbound workflow handles them.

Use the demo to trace a visitor through conversation, routing and meeting booking, then inspect the reporting. Ask to see the handoff if that is why you need Enterprise. For a team evaluating its wider Salesforce workflow, the Agentforce alternative comparison provides another buying context. Keep the decision tied to your required workflow and the capabilities demonstrated.

When a priced alternative is the cheaper shape

A narrower product can cost less when it matches the work you need. These vendors print prices, but the units and jobs differ. Compare each with your actual Piper AI SDR pricing proposal, including the billing commitment, before declaring a saving.

Our scope is specific. Saleswoman researches known accounts, writes outbound email with a source for every claim, holds any draft it cannot back up, and sends from your own mailbox. It does not run website chat or book meetings. Check Saleswoman pricing if outbound is the missing job. It cannot replace an inbound website agent when that is what you need.

What to ask before you sign

  • Which plan, web session allowance and active email contact allowance does this quote include?
  • What counts toward each allowance, when does it reset, and what happens if we exceed it?
  • How many agent profiles are included, especially given Ultimate's conflicting card language?
  • Do we need Enterprise for agent handoff, MCP and API access, or Salesforce sandbox?
  • Does our CRM work on this plan, and can you demonstrate our intended routing?
  • Which recurring charges, implementation work and services are included in the total?
  • What are the payment term, renewal terms and options if usage changes?
  • Which report will show conversations and meetings against the cost we agreed?

How much does Qualified Piper cost?

Qualified Piper has no published dollar price. You need a custom quote for Premier, Enterprise or Ultimate. Ask for the plan, monthly web sessions, active email contacts and agent profiles in writing. Then compare the proposed cost with your actual inbound volume and the capabilities your team needs, rather than a third party estimate.

Does Qualified publish its pricing?

Qualified publishes plan features and capacity allowances, but no dollar figures. Every plan button says "Contact us," and the main call to action is "Schedule a demo." You can compare the published limits before that conversation, but you cannot calculate the contract price from the pricing page alone.

What is the difference between Qualified Premier and Enterprise?

Enterprise adds agent handoff, MCP and API access, and Salesforce sandbox to Premier. Monthly web sessions rise from 250,000 to 2 million, and active email contacts rise from 2,500 to 10,000. Both include one SDR agent profile. Check whether you need those added capabilities or simply more capacity before accepting the upgrade.

Does Piper work without Salesforce?

The published integration list does not settle whether Piper supports your setup without Salesforce. Every plan lists integrations with Salesforce CRM and 20+ go to market systems, and HubSpot appears in the integrations list. Confirm in the demo whether your CRM is supported on your proposed plan and ask to see the required workflow.

Is Piper an inbound or outbound AI SDR?

Piper is an inbound AI SDR. It serves website visitors and inbound leads in the inbox through capabilities including conversations, email and meetings. Outbound prospecting to accounts that have never visited is a different job. Make sure the demo addresses the source of your leads before comparing Piper with an outbound tool.

  • Lead Forensics alternatives

Lead Forensics prices every contract on your website traffic after a one week trial, and Automate is where workflow, lead routing and ABM matching sit. Teams look elsewhere because they want a price before the demo, because they want the person rather than the company, or because identified accounts never got an email worth answering. Which Lead Forensics competitor fits each case, on what each one publishes.

  • 6sense competitors

6sense quotes every contract and sells one Sales Intelligence license with credits, Predictive AI or both. Teams leave because credits expire unused, because they mostly needed to know who visits the website, or because the intent signals never turned into emails anyone answered. Which 6sense competitor fits each case, on what each one publishes.

  • Bombora alternatives

Bombora sells intent data on a quote and calls itself a data company, not a platform. Teams leave because the weekly surge list never changed what reps did, because they only needed a handful of topics, or because they really wanted to know who was on the website. Which Bombora competitor fits each case, on what each one publishes.

  • Warmly alternatives

Warmly prints its prices, and the floor is $10,000 a year. Teams leave because they only wanted named visitors, because nobody staffed the chat, or because the visitors never got a good email. Which Warmly competitor fits each case, on what each one publishes.
