Unify pricing and Unify GTM cost per seat on Free, Base, Pro and Business, and what the credits cover

Unify pricing is per seat. Base is $20 a seat a month, Pro is $60, Free covers 3 seats and Business is quoted. Every plan carries a monthly credit allowance, so the seat price is only half the bill. Here is what each plan includes, what a team of five or ten pays across a year, and where a flat price for the writing alone is the cheaper route.

The short answer

Unify is cheap to start and priced by seat after that. A team of five on Pro pays $300 a month, and ten seats pay $600. The CRM sync that most teams expect, writing contacts and activity back, is on Business, which has no printed price. If your reps already know their accounts and mainly need a researched, sourced first email, a flat plan can cost less than the seats.

Unify plans side by side

Read off the Unify pricing page. Base and Pro scale with seats, and each seat brings its own credit allowance.

Unify plans by price, seats, credits and what each adds
Plan Price Seats Credits What it adds
Free $0 Up to 3 seats Limited credits AI outbound, multi-channel sequencing, Click-to-Call Dialer, standard models
Base $20 per seat a month Unlimited seats 800 credits per seat a month AI email copywriting, job change and hiring signals, phone and email enrichment, add more credits
Pro $60 per seat a month Unlimited seats 2,400 credits per seat a month Everything in Base, HubSpot and Salesforce sync (read-only), Slack notifications, 14 day trial with no card
Business Custom, billed annually Large teams Custom credits Everything in Pro, advanced models, website intent and product signals, signal-triggered automations, managed Gmail and Outlook mailboxes, Power Dialer, read and write CRM sync

Business is billed annually with custom credits. Unify does not print a figure for it.

What Unify costs across a year

Seat prices multiplied out, using only the printed Pro figure. Extra credits and Business features are not included.

Unify Pro yearly cost by number of seats
Team Per month Per year
3 seats on Pro $180 $2,160
5 seats on Pro $300 $3,600
10 seats on Pro $600 $7,200
25 seats on Pro $1,500 $18,000
Saleswoman Team, any number of senders $199 billed annually $2,388

Unify gives you contacts, signals and sending. Saleswoman gives you researched writing for contacts you supply. They are not the same job, so compare the line that matches yours.

Where the real cost hides

Three lines move the Unify total more than the seat price. The first is credits: 800 a seat on Base runs out sooner for a rep who enriches heavily. The second is CRM sync. Pro reads from HubSpot and Salesforce but does not write back, and read and write sync sits on Business. The third is mailboxes. Managed Gmail and Outlook mailboxes are a Business feature too.

None of this makes Unify a poor choice. It means the $60 seat is the entry to the Pro workflow, and the fully automated version is a quote. Ask for it in writing, with the credits and the plan named.

Questions to put to Unify before you buy

  • How many credits does one enriched contact use, and one AI run?
  • What does an extra credit cost once the seat allowance is gone?
  • Which plan writes activity back to HubSpot or Salesforce?
  • Is Base or Pro billed monthly, or only as an annual commitment?
  • What does Business cost for our seat count, and for how many credits?

When Unify is the right buy

Plenty of teams should pay for it.

You need data and signals in one place

Unify bundles people and company data, job change and hiring signals, enrichment and sequencing. If your team has no contact source today, a per seat price that includes it is a fair trade and a cheaper one than buying a database and a sender separately.

You want calling inside the same tool

The Click-to-Call Dialer is on every plan and the Power Dialer is on Business. A team that works the phone as much as email gets more from Unify than a tool that only writes.

When a flat plan for the writing costs less

If your reps already hold a target list, from a CRM, an event or a purchased export, the part they lack is time to research each account and write a first email that cites something real. That is the only job Saleswoman does. It reads the account's website and public sources, writes the outreach, cites each factual claim and flags any statement it cannot support.

Solo is $149 a month ($74 billed annually) and includes HubSpot and Pipedrive sync. Team is $399 ($199 annually) and adds Salesforce sync. Scale is $999 ($499 annually). Saleswoman has no contact database and does not replace Unify's data, so a team that needs contacts should keep a source for them.

Questions buyers ask about Unify pricing

How much does Unify cost?
Unify prints Free at $0 for up to 3 seats, Base at $20 per seat a month, Pro at $60 per seat a month, and Business as a custom annual quote. Base includes 800 credits per seat a month and Pro 2,400. Ten seats on Pro come to $600 a month, or $7,200 a year, before any extra credits.
Is Unify free?
Unify has a Free plan for up to 3 seats with limited credits, AI outbound, multi-channel sequencing and a Click-to-Call Dialer. It stops short of AI email copywriting, enrichment and CRM sync, which start on Base and Pro. Pro also offers a 14 day free trial with full access and no card.
What does a Unify credit buy?
Credits are the meter behind the seat price. Unify allots 800 per seat a month on Base and 2,400 on Pro, and Base can add more. The page does not price an extra credit in the data we read, so ask what one enriched contact and one AI run each consume before you size a team.
Does Unify sync with HubSpot and Salesforce?
Yes, from Pro. Pro lists HubSpot and Salesforce sync as read-only, so Unify can read your CRM but not write back. Read and write sync is listed on Business. If your reps expect activity logged to the record automatically, confirm which plan does that before you buy.
What is a cheaper alternative to Unify for a small team?
It depends on the job. Unify bundles data, signals and sending per seat. If you already hold your accounts and contacts, Saleswoman Solo is $149 a month ($74 billed annually) with HubSpot and Pipedrive sync, and Team is $399 ($199 annually) with Salesforce sync. Neither adds a contact database.
Is the Unify Growth plan at $700 a month still sold?
Not on the pricing page we read. Older reviews describe a Growth plan from $700 a month, but the live page lists Free, Base, Pro and Business. Treat any article that names Growth as out of date and ask Unify for a written quote that names the plan and the credits.
