The short answer
Regie.ai sells RegieGO, an AI prospecting tool with a dialer and a built-in CRM. Pro costs $49 a month, or $41 billed annually, for one person. Team costs $150 per seat a month, $125 annually, and needs at least two seats. Every paid plan carries a credit allowance that resets each period and does not roll over, so the sticker price is only part of the bill.

Where the real cost hides
The credit meter moves the total more than the seat price. Research, drafting, enrichment and dialing all draw from the same pool, and unused paid credits vanish at the end of the period. Extra credits cannot be bought on their own, so a busy month either pauses work or runs on overage billing that the workspace owner has to switch on.
The two seat minimum matters for a solo founder who outgrows Pro. Moving from one person to a second seller takes the bill from $49 to at least $300 a month on monthly billing. That is a fair price for a shared pool, but it is a step, not a slope.
Questions to put to Regie.ai before you buy
- How many credits does one researched and drafted email use?
- What does overage cost per credit, and what cap do we set?
- Does a verified contact cost credits when the email bounces later?
- Can we move from Pro to Team mid-term without losing the credit balance?
- What does Enterprise cost for our seat count, and for how many credits?
When Regie.ai is the right buy
Plenty of teams should pay for it.
You want a dialer and email in one tool
The power dialer with local numbers is on Pro and Team. A seller who works the phone as much as the inbox gets more from RegieGO than from a tool that only writes.
You have no CRM yet
The built-in CRM is free on every plan, and enrichment that finds nothing costs nothing. A founder starting from an empty list can begin on Free with 250 credits and see real output before paying.
When a flat plan for the writing costs less
If your sellers already hold a target list in a CRM and mainly lack time to research each account and write a first email that cites something real, a credit meter is the wrong shape. Saleswoman reads the account's website and public sources, writes the outreach, cites each factual claim and flags any statement it cannot support.
Solo is $149 a month ($74 billed annually) and includes HubSpot and Pipedrive sync. Team is $399 ($199 annually) and adds Salesforce sync. Scale is $999 ($499 annually). Saleswoman has no dialer and no contact database, so a team that calls a lot or needs contacts should keep a source for them.
