Seamless AI pricing: Seamless AI cost per month, Pro pricing, and the 60 day renewal clause
Seamless.AI prints three plans and one number: Free, with 50 credits. Pro and Enterprise say Contact sales. The contract terms matter more than the missing figure, because every plan is annual even when you pay monthly, and cancellation is due 60 days before renewal.

The short answer
Seamless AI pricing is quote only above the free plan. Its pricing page lists Free (one user, 50 credits), Pro (priced per user, starting at 10,000 annual credits) and Enterprise (unlimited users, custom packages), and prints no dollar figure for either paid plan. Its terms make every subscription an annual contract, with monthly or annual billing.
So the number to compare is not a monthly rate. It is the full annual contract value divided by the contacts your team actually researches in a year. On a team that works a known list of accounts, that division is usually where the surprise is.
What the Seamless.AI pricing page actually shows
Three plans, read straight off the page. Where Seamless.AI prints a figure, it is here. Where it prints Contact sales, so does this table.
| Plan | Users | Credits | Price shown | Button |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 user | 50 credits | $0 | Sign up free |
| Pro | Priced per user, unlimited exports | Annual credit packages, starting at 10,000 credits a year | No figure published | Contact sales |
| Enterprise | Unlimited users, unlimited exports | Custom packages, a daily credit allotment on custom plans | No figure published | Contact sales |
What a credit buys
Seamless.AI defines a credit as used when it researches a contact to find their emails, phone numbers and insights. The page does not say whether unused annual credits roll over, so ask.
What is sold as an add-on
AI Assistant, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent Data are each listed as add-ons in the plan comparison. Connect, its email, calling and task tool, is currently bundled into all plans.
What the FAQ promises
No setup fees, a discount for annual billing, and a Switch and Save program that offers eligible buyers up to 50% off what they pay their current provider, subject to terms.
Seamless AI cost per month is still a twelve month commitment
Section 6 of the Seamless.AI terms of use, Subscription Fees, sets four rules. None of them are on the pricing page, and all of them change what the quote really costs.
Every plan is an annual contract
The terms say all subscriptions are annual with monthly or annual billing cycles. A monthly invoice is a payment schedule, not a month to month commitment.
Sales are final
Except where the terms say otherwise, all sales are final once you elect to purchase. Price the full twelve months before you sign, not the first invoice.
Cancel 60 days before renewal
To cancel you complete the subscription change inside the platform no later than 60 days before the annual renewal date. Miss that window and the contract renews for another 12 months.
Fees can change on notice
Seamless.AI may change subscription fees by giving notice, effective immediately upon notice, and continued use counts as agreement. Ask for a price lock in the order form.
Read together: the cheapest mistake is signing without the renewal date in a calendar, and the most expensive one is signing a credit package sized for the team you hope to have. A monthly tool you can cancel costs more per unit on paper and far less when a plan changes mid year.
Why the Seamless AI pricing guides print a number the page does not
Search this phrase and most results give you a Basic plan at a fixed monthly price. The live pricing page has no Basic plan. It has Free, Pro and Enterprise, and the two paid plans go to a sales conversation. The guides are describing an older page, or a quote somebody once received, and several of them are written by vendors selling against Seamless.AI.
We sell against it too, so we hold ourselves to the same rule we are asking of them. We print our own price, which is public, and we do not repeat a figure for Seamless.AI that Seamless.AI does not print. A number you cannot source is not a benchmark. It only makes your own quote feel normal.
What does work: get the per user rate, the credit package and each add-on priced on separate lines in the order form, then run the arithmetic below on your own usage.
Seamless AI cost per contact, worked on your own quote
No invented figure. This is the multiplier between the per credit rate you are quoted and what each contact your team actually researched ends up costing, using the 10,000 credit Pro starting package.
| Credits bought a year | Credits used | Real cost per researched contact |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000 | 10,000 | 1.0x the quoted per credit rate |
| 10,000 | 6,000 | 1.7x the quoted per credit rate |
| 10,000 | 3,000 | 3.3x the quoted per credit rate |
| 10,000 | 1,500 | 6.7x the quoted per credit rate |
Replace the middle column with your own number. A team of three working 200 named accounts with four contacts each needs 800 lookups a year, not 10,000. If you already have a Seamless.AI account, the usage report by user is the figure to bring to the renewal call.
The same seat and credit arithmetic on the bigger data platform is on zoominfo pricing, and on sales engagement licences on outreach pricing.
What Seamless.AI's alternatives publish, side by side
Eight options. The figure column holds only what each vendor prints on its own site. Where a vendor prints nothing, this table prints nothing.
| Tool | Price published | Published figure | What it meters | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Seamless.AI | No | Free is 50 credits. Pro and Enterprise say Contact sales. Pro starts at 10,000 annual credits | Users plus annual credits. A credit is used each time it researches a contact | US contact lookup with a Chrome extension, bought on an annual contract |
| ZoomInfo | No | No dollar figure published. Lite is free with limited monthly credits | Consumption credits, scaled by team size, features, API access and term | Reach into accounts you have not identified yet, with intent signals |
| Cognism | No | Standard and Pro named, five seats included on each, "Get a personalised quote" | Package and seats | Phone verified data and European coverage under a compliance review |
| Apollo.io | Yes | Basic $49, Professional $79, Organization $119 a seat a month billed annually | Seats plus 30,000, 48,000 or 72,000 credits a seat a year | Contact data and sequencing on one bill |
| Lusha | Yes | Starter $49.90, Pro $69.90, Premium $399.90 a month | 400, 600 or 3,400 credits a month. Email 1 credit, phone 5 | A light lookup habit that has to stay on a card |
| UpLead | Yes | Essentials $99 a month, Plus $199 a month, billed monthly. Professional is annual and quoted | 170 or 400 credits a month. One credit unlocks one contact, email and mobile | Small teams that want a monthly bill and a clear per contact unit |
| AiSDR | Yes | $250, $900 or $2,500 a month | AI researched contacts a month | Replacing the prospecting motion rather than buying a list |
| Saleswoman | Yes | $149 Solo, $399 Team, $999 Scale, month to month | Flat monthly, never per seat and never per credit | Outbound to accounts you already know, where every claim has to hold up |
Figures come from each vendor's own public pricing page, read directly. Software pricing changes, so confirm before you sign. Which alternative suits which team is worked through in the guide on seamless ai alternative options.
Seamless.AI now sells the writing too. Which half are you paying for?
Pitch Intelligence, AI Fields, an AI Assistant add-on and Connect for email and calls sit on the same bill as the contact data. That bundle is worth pricing apart before you sign.
If the job is finding people
You sell into titles across a wide US market and need fresh emails and cell numbers every week. Then credits are the product, and the question is only whether the package matches your real lookup volume.
If the job is writing to people you know
Your accounts come from your CRM, partners or events, and the hours go into research and the first message. Then you are paying annual credit rates for an address book, and the writing layer is the part to judge.
How to judge the writing layer
Take five accounts you know well. Have each tool write the first touch, then check every factual sentence against the prospect's own site. The tool that marks what it could not source is the one you can let send.
Where we fit, and where we do not
Saleswoman has no contact database, no dialer and no intent feed. It researches each account from its own site, writes the sequence, and holds any sentence it cannot source. If you need to find the people, stay with a data vendor.
When Seamless.AI is the right buy
Said plainly, because a pricing page that never finds for the vendor is an advert.
High weekly lookup volume
A team of SDRs prospecting new US accounts every day will use a large annual credit package, and at that volume the per contact rate on a negotiated annual deal is the relevant number.
Research while browsing
The Chrome extension finds emails and cell numbers on any site or profile a rep is already on. If that is how your reps work, it is a daily habit rather than a bulk export.
Job change tracking
Following past customers to new companies is a separate product on the page, and one of the better sources of warm pipeline. A plain contact lookup tool will not do it.
Switching from another annual data contract
The Switch and Save program offers eligible buyers up to 50% off their current provider, subject to terms. If you are committed to an annual data vendor anyway, that is worth a quote.
Six things to get in writing on a Seamless.AI order form
The terms put the risk on the buyer: annual, final, auto renewing, and repriceable on notice. The order form is where you get some of it back.
The renewal date and the notice date
Write both into the order form: the annual renewal, and the date 60 days before it when cancellation closes.
A price lock for the term
The terms let fees change on notice. Ask for the rate to be fixed for the contract and the renewal uplift capped.
Credits per user, and what happens to unused ones
Pro starts at 10,000 annual credits. Get the total, whether it is pooled or per user, and whether anything rolls over.
What a credit covers
A credit is used each time a contact is researched. Confirm whether an email and a cell number on the same person is one credit or more.
Each add-on on its own line
AI Assistant, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent Data are add-ons. Price each separately so you can drop one at renewal.
Seat changes mid term
Ask what removing a user costs before the renewal, since the contract is annual and sales are final.
If the real comparison is people
Some teams pricing a data tool are really deciding between software and an outsourced team. What agencies charge is on sdr outsourcing, and every AI SDR vendor that prints a number is on ai sdr pricing.
