Bombora pricing and Bombora intent data cost, bought direct or bundled into the tools that carry it
Bombora pricing is not published anywhere, and its pricing address redirects to a page about its data. A direct contract is quoted by product, topics and delivery. The same Company Surge topics also come bundled in plans with a printed price, from Apollo at $49 a seat.

The short answer
Bombora does not print a price. It sells five products, with Company Surge intent data at the center, and quotes each contract by what you buy, how many intent topics you track and where the data is delivered.
You do not need a Bombora contract to use its intent data. Apollo includes 6 Bombora topics on its $49 a seat Basic plan and 12 on Organization at $119, billed annually, and Cognism, AdRoll ABM and 6sense carry it inside quoted plans. Price a direct deal only once you know which topics your reps act on.
Where the Bombora pricing page actually goes
Type bombora.com/pricing and you land on the Data Co-op page. It describes the publishers and brand sites that share research activity with Bombora, and it ends in a form. There is no plan table, no tier name and no figure on any page of the site.
That is consistent with how Bombora describes itself: a data company, not a platform. It does not sell a login with seats. It sells a feed, sized to your topics and wired into systems you already pay for, so the price is built in the call.

What Bombora sells, and what a quote can include
Five products, per its own site. All of them are quoted, and you can buy one or several.
Company Surge intent data
Which companies are researching a topic more than usual, measured across the B2B sites in its Data Co-op.
Billing · Quoted
Identity and enrichment
Visitor Insights names the companies behind anonymous website traffic and adds firmographics to your own records.
Billing · Quoted
Digital audiences
Turns a target account list into an ad audience on DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360 and Amazon DSP.
Billing · Quoted
Campaign measurement
Reports which accounts and buying groups your ads actually reached and engaged.
Billing · Quoted
Insights suite
Dashboards for intent trends, website traffic and key account engagement.
Billing · Quoted
Bombora's own numbers
25,300+ intent topics
tracked across 5M+ company domains and 16B+ monthly events, as its homepage states them.
Delivery is part of the price. Bombora says it pushes data into your CRM, marketing automation and ad tools, and can also send Company Surge to a data lake or CDP as a flat file or through an API. A quote that covers one route does not automatically cover the others, so name every place the data needs to land.

Topic counts are from Bombora's partner pages and each vendor's own pricing page; Apollo seat prices are billed annually. For a three person team, Apollo Basic with 6 Bombora topics is $1,764 a year, and Organization with 12 topics is $4,284. That is the cheapest honest benchmark to bring into a direct Bombora call. How Cognism prices its Pro package is on cognism pricing.
Bombora intent data cost starts with the topic list
Before any call, write the topics down. A good topic is one that changes what a rep says: a competitor's name, the problem you solve, a regulation your buyers have to meet. A topic that only describes your category tends to light up half the market every week.
Then count how many accounts your team can really work in a week. If that is forty, a feed of four hundred surging accounts is not ten times more useful. It is a list that gets skimmed on Monday and ignored by Wednesday, and you will have paid for every row.
Solid: fits a team working about 40 accounts a week. Dashed: more surges than it can work. An example, not Bombora data.
Seven questions to put to Bombora before you sign
Each one moves the total, and the website answers none of them.
-
01
Which of the five products is in the quote?
Company Surge, Visitor Insights, audiences, measurement and the Insights suite are separate. Get a line for each.
-
02
How many topics, and can we swap them?
Ask whether topics can be changed during the term, how often, and whether adding one changes the price.
-
03
Where is the data delivered?
CRM, marketing automation, ad platforms, a flat file or the API. Ask which routes are included and which cost extra.
-
04
How often does it refresh?
Apollo's Bombora feed refreshes weekly. Ask what refresh your direct contract includes and whether faster delivery is priced separately.
-
05
Do we already get it through a partner?
If you pay for 6sense, Cognism Pro, Apollo or AdRoll ABM, you may already have Bombora topics. Check before you buy twice.
-
06
Is setup or onboarding a separate line?
Mapping topics and wiring the feed into your CRM takes work. Ask whether it is in the fee or billed on top.
-
07
What happens at renewal?
Ask for the renewal rate and any cap on the increase in the order form, not in an email.
A surge score does not write the first email
Bombora is good at one thing most tools only approximate: showing which companies are researching a topic more than usual this week. On Monday the list lands in the CRM. A rep sees thirty accounts surging on a competitor's name and an afternoon to write to them.
The surge says the account is reading. It does not say who, or what to say that the reader will believe. That gap is where most intent programs stall, and no extra topic closes it.
What Bombora gives you
Company level intent by topic, plus optional visitor identification, ad audiences and campaign measurement, delivered into the systems you already use.
What it leaves with the rep
Reading each surging account, finding what changed there, deciding which claim is safe to put in writing, and writing a first email worth answering.
What Saleswoman does
It reads the prospect's own site and public sources, writes the sequence, cites a source for each factual claim and holds any sentence it cannot back up. It has no contact or intent data and caps sends per mailbox.
The honest pairing
Keep Bombora, or a plan that bundles it, to decide which accounts to work this week. Put those accounts on a flat plan, $399 a month for Team with three seats and Salesforce sync, or $199 a month billed annually. What each plan includes is on pricing.
Bombora against the alternatives, on what each one publishes
Seven options. The figure column holds only what each vendor prints on its own site.
| Tool | Price published | Published figure | What it meters | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bombora direct | No | No price anywhere on its site. The pricing URL redirects to the Data Co-op page, every button is "Speak to an expert" | Quoted by product, topics and delivery | Data teams that want raw intent in a warehouse, CRM or ad stack |
| Apollo.io | Yes | Basic $49, Professional $79, Organization $119 a seat a month billed annually. 6 or 12 Bombora topics included | Seats plus credits | Small teams that want intent as a filter on a contact database |
| Cognism | No | Standard and Pro, 5 seats each, "Talk to sales". Pro includes Bombora intent, up to 12 topics | Seats plus a shared credit pool | Teams calling mobiles in the US and Europe |
| 6sense | No | Sales Intelligence with Data Credits, Predictive AI or both. Every button books a demo | Licenses plus a credit pool per term | Large teams running on predictive account scores |
| Warmly | Yes | AI Web-Deanonymization from $10,000 a year, or $4,875 a quarter | Product tiers, from 10K credits a month | Teams whose real question is who is on the website |
| RB2B | Yes | Free, Starter $79, Pro from $149, Pro+ from $199 a month | Monthly visitor resolutions, person level for US visitors | Small US teams that want named visitors in Slack |
| Saleswoman | Yes | $149 Solo, $399 Team, $999 Scale month to month, or $74, $199 and $499 a month billed annually | Flat, never per credit or topic. No contact or intent data | Writing to the surging accounts, with a source behind every claim |
Figures come from each vendor's own public pricing page, read directly. Software pricing changes, so confirm before you sign. Which one suits which team is worked through in the guide to Bombora alternatives. The platforms that embed intent are on 6sense pricing and Demandbase pricing, and every AI SDR that prints a price is on ai sdr pricing. Warmly, which sells Bombora research intent inside a $10,000 a year add-on, is broken down on warmly pricing.
When buying Bombora direct is the right call
Said plainly, because a pricing page that never finds for the vendor is an advert.
You want the raw feed
A data team that models intent in its own warehouse gets the flat file or API, not a filter inside someone else's screen.
Advertising runs on it
Bombora's audiences and measurement plug into the DSPs your agency already buys on, which bundled plans do not cover.
You need more than 12 topics
Bundles stop at 6 or 12. A company with several product lines and competitors can outgrow that quickly.
Several tools need the same signal
One direct contract delivered to CRM, marketing automation and ads beats paying for intent inside each tool.
If you want contact data on a printed price
The contact data tools that publish their plans are compared on prospecting tools, and the cheapest five seat benchmark is on lusha pricing.

The guide on this
Bombora sells intent data on a quote and calls itself a data company, not a platform. Teams leave because the weekly surge list never changed what reps did, because they only needed a handful of topics, or because they really wanted to know who was on the website. Which Bombora competitor fits each case, on what each one publishes.

AI email writer
The drafting side on its own page: what it writes, and what it refuses to assert without a source.
-
Spam score checker
What the score is made of, line by line, and the two things it deliberately does not test.
-
Email outreach platform
The cap, the queue and the suppression list, which is the part of a platform nobody demos.
-
CRM automation
Activity logging, deal notes and next steps, written from the thread instead of from memory.
-
Prospecting tools
Where a research tool ends and a list vendor begins, and which one this is.

Cold email software
The four things a cold email has to get right before volume is even worth discussing.
You know which accounts are surging. See what gets said to them.
Paste an account that showed up on this week's intent list. The demo researches it, writes the first touch, and marks every sentence it cannot source. No sales call, no card.
Your data stays yours. Prospect data is never used to train a model. The demo needs no card and no account.
