Cognism pricing and Cognism cost per seat for Standard and Pro, five seats in every package
Cognism prints no price. It sells two packages, Standard and Pro, each with five seats and a pool of credits, and quotes every contract. The way to judge a quote is the cost of one contact your team actually used.

The short answer
Cognism pricing is not published. Its own page lists Standard and Pro, both with 5 seats included, plus CRM Enrichment as an add-on or a standalone product, and every button leads to sales. One credit reveals one contact, and the credits sit in a pool the whole team shares.
Guides that print a Cognism price range are estimating, and they disagree with each other. Several still use tier names Cognism no longer shows. Read the quote you are given, then divide it by the contacts you will really reveal.
Cognism Standard and Pro as Cognism lists them
The same two cards as Cognism's pricing page, with the figure it leaves out marked plainly.

CRM Enrichment keeps CRM records enriched and updated, and Cognism sells it with either package or on its own. Data as a Service is priced on data volume and delivery method. Neither shows a figure.
What uses a Cognism credit and what does not
Cognism's help center is precise about this, and it matters more than the package name. A credit is charged the first time anyone in your account opens a contact. After that, everyone on the team can see and export it for free.
The surprises are the quiet ones. Dragging an unrevealed contact into a list spends a credit. So does every row in a CSV enrichment job, and every record CRM Enrichment fills in. A RevOps person cleaning the CRM can spend more of the pool in an afternoon than a rep does in a month.
Credit ledger, per Cognism's help center
- Reveal a contact in the web app or the Chrome extension 1 credit
- Save an unrevealed contact to a list 1 credit
- Export straight from search results 1 credit
- Enrich a record by CSV upload or CRM Enrichment 1 credit
- Redeem a contact through the API 1 credit
- Open a contact your team already revealed Free
- Search and Enrich API previews Free
- The same contact after a job change 1 credit again
Extra credits can be bought at any point in the contract. Cognism does not print their price.
Cognism cost per seat when only two people prospect
Both packages are listed with 5 seats included. Each seat adds credits, and the credits go into one pool. Admins can cap a user, but a cap only limits that person. It does not reserve anything for the others.
That shape suits a five person SDR pod. It is expensive for a founder and one AE, who would be paying for three seats nobody logs into. If that is your team, ask two things on the call: what the contract costs with fewer seats, and whether the credit allocation shrinks with them.
The same five seat shape is printed on Lusha's Premium plan, $399.90 a month or $3,599.40 a year, which makes it the cleanest benchmark for a Cognism quote. The arithmetic is on lusha pricing.
Turn the Cognism quote into a cost per contact
You cannot compare a quote with a list price, but you can compare what one used contact costs. Take the annual total, divide it by the contacts your team really revealed last year, and you have a number that sits next to any vendor with a printed price.
The bars show that division for every $10,000 of contract. Scale it to your quote. A team that reveals a few hundred contacts a year pays tens of dollars each, whatever the discount on the first page of the proposal says.
Every $10,000 a year, divided by contacts used
For scale, on printed prices: Lusha Premium yearly is about 9 cents an email reveal, UpLead Plus yearly about 37 cents a contact with a mobile.
Six questions to put to Cognism before you sign
Every one of these changes the total, and none of them is answered on the pricing page.
-
01
How many credits does each seat bring?
The page says each seat includes an allocation. Get the number in writing, per seat and for the whole term.
-
02
What does a top up cost?
Extra credits can be bought at any point. Ask the price per credit now, while you still have leverage.
-
03
Can we buy fewer than five seats?
Both packages list 5 seats included. If two people prospect, ask what three fewer seats take off the total.
-
04
Do unused credits carry into the renewal?
If they do not, last year's usage is the real size of your contract, not the allocation.
-
05
Is CRM Enrichment drawing on the same pool?
Enrichment jobs spend credits. Ask whether the add on brings its own allocation or eats the prospecting one.
-
06
Do we need Pro?
Pro is where intent, mobile verification and the premium mobile filter live. If nobody will act on intent weekly, price Standard.
What a US only team is paying for
Cognism describes its enterprise offer as European B2B data for global growth, and leads with compliance and phone verified mobiles. For a team that calls into the UK, Germany or France, that focus is the reason to buy it, and it is hard to get on a printed price elsewhere.
A team selling only to US companies should check how much of the quote pays for coverage it will not dial. US contact data is sold on printed prices by Apollo.io, Lusha, UpLead and RocketReach, and the quote only option on the US side is covered on zoominfo pricing.
Then ask the harder question. If your team already knows which 300 accounts it wants, the database is not the slow part. Reading each account and writing a first email that says something true about it is.
Credits buy addresses, not replies
A revealed contact is a name, an email and a mobile. What turns it into a meeting is the work after the reveal, and that is where most of an SDR's week goes.
What Cognism gives you
Contact and company data, verified mobiles, signals and on Pro intent topics, available in its web app, the Chrome extension, your CRM and the API.
What it leaves with the rep
Reading the account properly, finding what changed this quarter, checking that every claim about the prospect is true, and writing a first email worth answering.
What Saleswoman does
It reads the prospect's own site and public sources, writes the sequence, cites a source for each factual claim and holds any sentence it cannot back up. It has no contact database and caps sends per mailbox.
The honest pairing
Keep a data source for the addresses, Cognism or a cheaper printed one. Put your best accounts on a flat plan, $399 a month for Team with three seats and Salesforce sync, or $199 a month billed annually. What each plan includes is on pricing.
Cognism against the alternatives, on what each one publishes
Seven options. The figure column holds only what each vendor prints on its own site.
| Tool | Price published | Published figure | What it meters | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cognism | No | Standard and Pro, 5 seats included in each, priced by quote | Credits, 1 per revealed contact, pooled across the organisation | Teams that call into Europe and need phone verified mobiles |

| Lusha | Yes | Starter $49.90, Pro $69.90, Premium $399.90 a month, or 25% less billed yearly. Premium includes 5 seats | Credits. Email 1, phone 5 | A five seat team that wants a printed price for emails and phones |
| Apollo.io | Yes | Basic $49, Professional $79, Organization $119 a seat a month billed annually | Seats plus 30,000 to 72,000 credits a seat a year | A large searchable database with sequencing on the same bill |

Figures come from each vendor's own public pricing page, read directly. Software pricing changes, so confirm before you sign. When Cognism is the right buy
Said plainly, because a pricing page that never finds for the vendor is an advert.
You call into Europe
Cognism builds its pitch around European coverage and compliance. If your territory includes the UK and the EU, that is worth paying for.
Mobiles decide your connect rate
Phone verified mobiles and on demand verification on Pro are aimed at teams whose pipeline comes from the dialer, not the inbox.
A full pod shares one pool
Five people revealing contacts into one shared pool, with nobody paying twice for the same record, is the shape the packages are built for.
You want the CRM kept clean
CRM Enrichment fills records and updates them when someone changes jobs, and it can be bought without the prospecting seats.
If you want contact data on a printed price
The contact data tools that publish their plans are compared on prospecting tools, and the cheapest five seat benchmark is on lusha pricing.

The guide on this
Cognism sells two packages with five seats each and quotes every contract. US teams leave because they are paying for European coverage they do not call, because two people use five seats, or because the data was never the slow part. You have the contact. See what gets said to it.
Paste an account you would reveal in Cognism next. The demo researches it, writes the first touch, and marks every sentence it cannot source. No sales call, no card.
Your data stays yours. Prospect data is never used to train a model. The demo needs no card and no account.
