Leadfeeder pricing and Leadfeeder cost on every Dealfront plan, by identified company and by credit
Leadfeeder pricing is Lite free, Discover from $79, Activate from $369 and Scale from $599 a month billed annually, priced by identified companies a month plus credits. Discover names the companies on your site. Verified emails and phones start on Activate. The right tier depends on whether you already know who to write to at those accounts.

The short answer
Leadfeeder prints every number. The buying decision is whether you need company identification, contact data, or the larger activation and CRM workflow. Those are different jobs with different prices.
If contacts already sit in your CRM, Discover can supply the account signal and Saleswoman can handle the writing. If your team needs people, verified emails and phones found, budget for Activate. A company profile alone does not give a rep the person to contact. Compare the workflow with Leadfeeder alternatives before paying for a capability your team already has elsewhere.
For a US marketing or sales lead, the practical test is simple. Take an account from the visitor list and work through the next action. If the person and address are already available, contact discovery adds less value than a relevant, sourced message that a rep can review.

A 14-day free trial needs no credit card. Enterprise offers custom company identification and credit volumes through Talk to us. The pricing page shows euros by default, and its own USD switch changes the symbol to dollars while keeping the same figures. These tables use dollars throughout.
Discover cost by identified company
Discover has a company volume ladder. It includes full company profiles, ad reports, AI insights, real-time alerts, CRM sync, API and MCP access, and 2 years of history. Identification uses no credits. This is the tier for understanding which accounts visit and passing that signal into your workflow.
At full allowance, $79 divided by 50 is $1.58 per identified company. At the top tier, $309 divided by 1,000 is about $0.31. Those are allowance calculations, not a promise about your traffic. An unused allowance raises your effective Leadfeeder cost per company.
The toggle advertises annual savings of 30%. Looking from the annual price upward, $113 monthly is about 43% more than $79. Discover and Activate allow annual payment upfront or monthly billing.
| Companies a month | Annual billing | Monthly billing |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 50 | $79 | $113 |
| 51 to 100 | $109 | $156 |
| 101 to 200 | $139 | $199 |
| 201 to 400 | $179 | $256 |
| 401 to 500 | $249 | $356 |
| 501 to 1,000 | $309 | $441 |
Both columns show a price per month. The annual rate requires annual payment upfront.
Activate pricing adds a separate credit choice
Activate adds verified emails and phones, intent filters, display campaigns, CRM automations and AI prospect lists.
-
01
Company volume comes first
Choose the monthly identified company allowance from your actual site traffic. Contact enrichment does not change what counts as an identified company.
-
02
Credits size the next step
At 1,000 companies, moving from 200 to 500 credits adds $50 a month on annual billing. Those credits support enrichment and activation work.
-
03
The entry gap can be small
Discover at 501 to 1,000 companies is $309. Activate at 1,000 with 200 credits is $369, a $60 monthly increase, but only 200 credits.
| Companies a month | Credits a month | Annual billing | Monthly billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | 200 | $369 | $527 |
| 1,000 | 500 | $419 | $599 |
| 1,000 | 1,000 | $449 | $641 |
| 1,000 | 1,500 | $499 | $713 |
| 2,000 | 200 | $429 | $613 |
| 2,000 | 500 | $509 | $727 |
| 2,000 | 1,000 | $549 | $784 |
| 2,000 | 1,500 | $589 | $841 |
| 3,000 | 200 | $499 | $713 |
| 3,000 | 500 | $559 | $799 |
| 3,000 | 1,000 | $599 | $856 |
| 3,000 | 1,500 | $649 | $927 |
| 4,000 | 200 | $579 | $827 |
| 4,000 | 500 | $649 | $927 |
| 4,000 | 1,000 | $689 | $984 |
| 4,000 | 1,500 | $729 | $1,041 |
Credit allowances are expressed monthly here. Annual plans receive the year's credits at the start of the year. Do not read a credit allowance as a guaranteed number of reachable people.
Count companies before choosing a tier
An identified company is a unique company resolved from website traffic in a month. Repeat visits count once. Leadfeeder filters ISPs and low-quality traffic. A business with several office locations may appear once per location, so the count can differ from the account list your CRM holds.
Use the trial to compare identified accounts with contacts already in your CRM. Decide who owns the follow-up and whether a usable contact is available. Total visits alone do not answer either question. For person level identification of US visitors, compare RB2B pricing. That is a different output from a company name.
Credits pay for enrichment and activation
Credits are usage units for actions such as pushing a company to the CRM, enriching a contact's email or phone, and running a Campaign. Identifying the company uses none. Leadfeeder also allows a single company export to the CRM without credits. Keep that exception separate from a recurring activation workflow when estimating your needs.
Annual plans receive a lump sum at the start of the year. Monthly plans receive credits each month. Standard credits do not roll over at contract end. Top-ups come in blocks of 100 to 5,000, do not renew, and stay valid for two years. Leadfeeder prints no price per credit, so there is no published unit rate to multiply into a reliable top-up budget.
List the actions your reps actually need before choosing the allowance. A company signal sent to a known contact needs a different workflow from finding an email, finding a phone and running a campaign. Ask how your intended actions consume the available credits instead of treating every identified company as one contact you can reach.
Discover names the account. Saleswoman writes.
If your CRM already has the right contacts, the missing work may be researching the account and writing a useful sequence. Saleswoman reads public sources, cites a source per factual claim and holds any sentence it cannot back up. It has no visitor identification and no contact database. It sits next to Leadfeeder and uses the contacts your team already has.
Saleswoman costs $149 Solo, $399 Team or $999 Scale a month month to month, or $74, $199 and $499 a month billed annually. HubSpot and Pipedrive sync are on every plan, with Salesforce from Team up. Compare the scope on Saleswoman pricing and the wider category on AI SDR pricing.
One month, at annual billing rates
This combination assumes contacts already exist. If finding emails and phones is part of the job, Activate supplies that capability and needs its own credit budget.
Scale pricing by company and credit volume
Scale adds company exports at no cost, automatic CRM data updates and a dedicated customer success manager.
| Companies a month | 1,000 credits a month | 1,500 credits a month | 2,000 credits a month | 2,500 credits a month | 3,000 credits a month | 4,000 credits a month | 5,500 credits a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2,000 | $599 | $659 | $729 | $809 | $899 | $1,059 | $1,169 |
| 3,000 | $659 | $719 | $819 | $889 | $1,039 | $1,159 | $1,369 |
| 4,000 | $749 | $809 | $879 | $1,039 | $1,159 | $1,259 | $1,529 |
| 6,000 | $829 | $869 | $1,019 | $1,149 | $1,329 | $1,569 | $1,789 |
| 10,000 | $909 | $1,009 | $1,139 | $1,319 | $1,569 | $1,779 | $2,089 |
Every cell is a monthly equivalent on annual billing. Scale permits annual payment upfront or quarterly, with no monthly contract. Compare the needed credit volume alongside company volume before moving up from Activate. The starting prices alone do not describe the same allowances.
Scale makes sense when keeping CRM company data current and exporting it are recurring jobs your team needs. A larger credit allowance by itself does not make the writing more relevant. For a different inbound workflow, read Warmly pricing. If enrichment is the main requirement, review Clearbit pricing alongside your existing CRM setup.
Choose the plan that fits the next action
Dealfront Leadfeeder pricing is easier to judge when the team agrees what happens after an account appears.
Lite for a limited view
Leadfeeder Lite keeps the last 100 companies a month and 7 days of visitor history. Leadfeeder free access suits a team checking the signal before it needs longer history or the paid workflow.
Discover for accounts you can contact
Choose Discover when full company profiles, reports, alerts and CRM sync cover the identification job. Check the company count against your traffic and confirm that the contacts you need already exist.
Activate when contacts are missing
Verified emails and phones are a real reason to pay more. Choose the credit allowance around enrichment and activation actions, then check who owns follow-up. A company list without contact data leaves that work unfinished.
Scale for the ongoing data workflow
Choose Scale when company exports, automatic CRM data updates and a dedicated customer success manager matter to the operation. Compare the full grid with Activate and accept the annual commitment only when that scope fits.
Agree on the handoff before paying annually
Review an identified account together. Can the rep find a suitable contact in the CRM, understand the account and approve a relevant message? The answer tells you whether the missing purchase is identification, contact enrichment or writing. Use that evidence to choose the tier.

The guide on this
Leadfeeder names the companies on your website and prints every tier, so few teams leave it over the entry price. They leave because the contacts cost credits on a plan almost five times the price, because they wanted the person and not the company, or because identified accounts still got a template. Which Leadfeeder competitor fits each case, on what each one publishes.

You have the account. See the first email.
Paste a company Leadfeeder identifies. The demo researches the account, writes the first touch and marks any sentence it cannot source. Use your existing contacts for outreach.
Your data stays yours. Prospect data is never used to train a model. The demo needs no card and no account.
