Clearbit pricing and Clearbit price inside HubSpot, and the Clearbit cost in HubSpot Credits

There is no Clearbit plan to buy any more. Clearbit stopped selling new standalone subscriptions and its data now lives inside HubSpot, where enrichment is included from Starter up and uses no credits. What costs money is everything built on top of it, metered in HubSpot Credits at a cent each.

The short answer

Clearbit pricing now means HubSpot pricing. Contact and company enrichment is included on HubSpot Starter, Professional and Enterprise at no credit cost. Intent tracking is 10 HubSpot Credits a company a month, the prospecting agent 100 credits a lead, and a credit costs $0.010. Professional includes 3,000 credits a month, which covers intent on 300 accounts.

So the answer to "how much does Clearbit cost" depends on two things. Whether you already pay for HubSpot seats, and how many accounts you want watched every month. A HubSpot team tracking a few hundred accounts pays nothing it was not paying already. A Salesforce team has no way to buy the data on its own at all.

What happened to Clearbit pricing plans

Most Clearbit price quotes still circulating predate the acquisition. This is the sequence as Clearbit's help center and HubSpot's own documentation describe it.

01 · December 2023

HubSpot acquires Clearbit. Clearbit's own help center dates the acquisition to this month.

02 · Breeze Intelligence

HubSpot sells the Clearbit data inside its own platform under the name Breeze Intelligence, bought with Breeze Credits.

03 · April 30, 2025

The free Clearbit Platform, Weekly Visitor Report, TAM Calculator, Clearbit Connect, the free Slack integration and the free Risk and Name to Domain APIs are switched off. No new free accounts.

04 · June 2 to 15, 2025

Breeze Credits convert to HubSpot Credits. A 100 credit Breeze pack became 3,000 HubSpot Credits, 1,000 became 15,000 and 10,000 became 125,000.

05 · December 8, 2025

The free Clearbit Logo API at logo.clearbit.com is sunset. Clearbit points people to other logo services.

06 · Now

Clearbit says it is no longer offering new standalone subscriptions and is focused on supporting current customers. New buyers are sent to HubSpot.

Clearbit price inside HubSpot, edition by edition

Enrichment rides on the HubSpot subscription, so the seat price is what you are really comparing. Sales Hub figures from HubSpot's pricing page, credit allowances from its product catalog.

HubSpot Sales Hub editions with seat price, whether data enrichment is included, and HubSpot Credits included each month
Edition Seat price Clearbit style enrichment HubSpot Credits included
Free Up to 2 users, $0 Not listed for data enrichment None
Starter $20 a seat a month billed monthly, less billed annually Included, no credits used 500 a month
Professional $90 a seat a month annual, $100 monthly, $1,500 onboarding Included, no credits used 3,000 a month
Enterprise $150 a seat a month annual, $3,500 onboarding Included, no credits used 5,000 a month

Data Hub and the Customer Platform bundles include more credits: 500 on Starter, 5,000 on Professional and 10,000 on Enterprise. Credits are shared across the account and only users on paid seats can spend them.

Switched off by default

Automatic enrichment ships disabled for both contacts and companies. A Super Admin has to turn it on, which is why some teams on HubSpot think they do not have it.

Matched on a work email

Contacts are matched on first name, last name and work email, companies on their domain. A lead who signs up with a personal address gets little back.

Enrichment is not intent

Filling in fields is free. Watching which companies visit your site or research your topics is the part that draws credits every month.

What the Clearbit data costs once you use it, per HubSpot Credit

HubSpot's rate sheet lists a credit charge for each feature. These are the ones that touch what Clearbit used to sell. One credit is $0.010.

0 credits

Contact and company enrichment

Filling in firmographic and contact fields from a work email or a company domain. HubSpot states that data enrichment does not consume credits.

10 credits

Intent on one company, per month

Turning on intent signals to create or monitor a company. It recurs every month the company stays tracked.

50 credits

One custom signal on one company, per month

A buying trigger you describe in plain language, which HubSpot researches on each tracked account. Listed as beta.

100 credits

Prospecting agent, per lead

The agent researching one lead and recommending the outreach. This is the line that used to be a rep's morning.

10 credits

Data agent, per record and prompt

One AI answer about one record, which is what Smart Properties run on. A property across 5,000 records is 50,000 credits.

10 credits

AI action in a workflow

Each time a workflow runs an AI step, for example summarizing or categorizing a record.

Clearbit cost at your volume

The credit list multiplied out. The last column assumes one Professional account with its 3,000 included credits and nothing else drawing on them.

Monthly HubSpot Credits and dollar cost for common Clearbit style jobs, and the overage on a Professional account
Job Credits a month At $0.010 a credit On one Professional account
Intent on 250 target accounts 2,500 $25 Covered, 500 credits to spare
Intent on 1,000 target accounts 10,000 $100 $70 over the allowance
Intent on 2,500 target accounts 25,000 $250 $220 over the allowance
One custom signal on 500 accounts 25,000 $250 $220 over the allowance
Prospecting agent on 300 leads 30,000 $300 $270 over the allowance
One Smart Property on 5,000 records 50,000 $500 $470 over the allowance, once

None of these numbers is large next to a seat price. The trap is in how overage is billed. HubSpot's default is automatic upgrade: go past the monthly limit once and the account moves to a higher credit tier, in packs of 1,000 credits at $10 a month, for the remainder of the term. One bulk Smart Property run in month two of an annual contract can raise the bill for the next ten months.

The fix is a setting. Switch the account to pay as you go before a bulk job and the overage is billed once, at $0.010 a credit in steps of 10, with the limit back to normal on the reset date. Unused credits expire every month either way, so buying a larger tier up front only pays if you use it every month.

If your CRM is Salesforce, not HubSpot

This is the case the old Clearbit pricing pages do not cover. The data is now part of HubSpot, so there is no Salesforce only way to buy it new.

You are an existing Clearbit customer

Clearbit says it is supporting current customers. Ask your account contact, in writing, what the renewal terms are and whether the integration you use stays supported for the whole next term.

You relied on the free tools

Clearbit Connect, the free platform, the weekly visitor report and the TAM calculator ended on April 30, 2025, and the free Logo API on December 8, 2025. There is nothing to renew.

You want the same job done in Salesforce

Buy enrichment from a vendor that sells it for any CRM. Apollo, Lusha and UpLead print their prices; ZoomInfo and Cognism quote. The comparison is below.

You would move to HubSpot anyway

Then the enrichment is a reason in favor, not a cost, because it comes with Starter and up at no credit charge.

Sales operations manager reviewing an enriched company record in a CRM

An enriched record is free now. The first email is not.

Clearbit made a record complete: industry, headcount, revenue band, tech stack. That was always the means. The end was a rep writing to the account with a reason to write. Now that HubSpot gives the fields away from Starter up, the expensive part is plainly the twenty minutes of reading behind each first message.

Saleswoman does that part. It reads the prospect's own site and public sources, writes the first touch and the follow ups, and marks every factual sentence as sourced or unverified, holding anything it cannot back up. It syncs with HubSpot on every plan, from $149 a month on Solo, and with Salesforce from Team at $399.

It has no contact database and it does not identify website visitors. If you need either, keep a data tool and let it feed the accounts in. HubSpot's own Prospecting Agent cost at 100 credits a lead is the fair comparison.

Clearbit replacements, on their published prices

Seven options. The figure column holds only what each vendor prints on its own site. Where a vendor prints nothing, this table prints nothing.

Clearbit replacements compared by whether they publish a price, the published figure and who they suit
Tool Price published Published figure Best for
HubSpot (Clearbit data) Yes, in credits Enrichment included from Starter. Intent and agents at $0.010 a credit Teams already on HubSpot Starter or higher
Apollo.io Yes $49, $79 or $119 a seat a month, billed annually Data, enrichment and sequences on one bill, any CRM
Lusha Yes $49.90 to $399.90 a month, or $37.45 to $299.95 billed yearly Small teams enriching inbound leads and revealing emails
UpLead Yes $99 or $199 a month, 170 or 400 credits One credit per complete contact, month to month
ZoomInfo No Quote only, consumption credits Large teams that need intent and coverage in Salesforce
Cognism No Quote only, Standard and Pro, CRM Enrichment add-on Teams that want enrichment as a data contract
Saleswoman Yes $149 Solo, $399 Team, $999 Scale, month to month Researching and writing to accounts already in the CRM

Figures come from each vendor's own public pricing page, read directly. Software pricing changes, so confirm before you sign. Which one replaces which Clearbit job is worked through in the guide to the clearbit alternative options. The full Lusha and ZoomInfo arithmetic is on lusha pricing and zoominfo pricing.

When the HubSpot route is the right buy

Said plainly, because a pricing page that never finds for the vendor is an advert.

You already pay for HubSpot seats

Enrichment then costs nothing extra, and it writes straight into the records your team already works. Turning it on is a settings change, not a purchase.

You track a few hundred accounts

Intent on 300 companies is 3,000 credits a month, exactly what one Professional account includes. Below that, the watch list is effectively free.

Forms are too long

Form shortening fills in company fields from the enrichment database, so a form can ask for an email and still route the lead properly.

One vendor is worth more than a better price

A data tool, an intent tool and a CRM from one contract is simpler to secure, bill and support than three, and for a small RevOps team that counts.

Questions buyers ask about Clearbit pricing

How much does Clearbit cost?
Clearbit no longer sells new standalone plans, so there is no Clearbit price to pay today. Its data is sold inside HubSpot: enrichment is included on Starter, Professional and Enterprise and uses no credits, while intent tracking costs 10 HubSpot Credits a company a month, at $0.010 a credit. The HubSpot seats are the real cost.
Can I still buy Clearbit?
Not as a new standalone subscription. Clearbit's help center says it is no longer offering new standalone subscriptions and is focused on supporting current customers, and it recommends HubSpot's Breeze Intelligence instead. Existing Clearbit contracts are handled by Clearbit, so an existing customer should ask its account contact what the renewal will look like.
Is Clearbit free with HubSpot?
The enrichment part is included with paid HubSpot subscriptions from Starter up and does not consume HubSpot Credits. The free HubSpot tools are not in HubSpot's list of subscriptions with data enrichment. Intent monitoring, custom signals and the AI agents that use the data all draw on credits, and the free Clearbit tools were switched off on April 30, 2025.
How much is Breeze Intelligence?
Breeze Intelligence no longer has its own credit price. Breeze Credits were converted to HubSpot Credits between June 2 and 15, 2025, with a 100 credit pack becoming 3,000 HubSpot Credits. HubSpot Credits cost $0.010 each, Starter includes 500 a month, Professional 3,000 and Enterprise 5,000, and unused credits expire at the end of each month.
Does HubSpot data enrichment use credits?
No. HubSpot's knowledge base states that data enrichment does not consume HubSpot Credits. Automatic enrichment is off by default and a Super Admin has to switch it on. Contacts are matched on first name, last name and work email, and companies on their domain. The features built on top of enrichment, such as intent and the data agent, do use credits.
What does Clearbit cost if we use Salesforce?
There is no new way to buy it for a Salesforce only stack. The data now ships as part of HubSpot, so a Salesforce team would be paying for HubSpot seats to reach it. Most Salesforce teams that relied on Clearbit move to a data vendor that sells enrichment for any CRM, such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Lusha or UpLead.
What happens if we go over our HubSpot Credits?
By default HubSpot upgrades the account automatically. The catalog says that when usage passes the monthly limit the account moves to a higher credit tier for the remainder of the term, in packs of 1,000 credits at $10 a month. Pay as you go is the alternative: overage billed at $0.010 a credit in steps of 10, with the limit reset on the renewal date.
Is paying for HubSpot to get Clearbit data worth it?
It is worth it if you would run HubSpot anyway, because enrichment then costs nothing extra. It rarely pays to buy HubSpot seats only for the data. If what you actually wanted from Clearbit was better first emails to the accounts you already have, the enrichment is the cheap part and the research and writing are where the time goes.
