Clearbit alternative and Clearbit competitors, sorted by the job Clearbit did for you

Clearbit stopped selling standalone subscriptions, so the question is which of its jobs you need replaced. Enrichment, website visitor identification, the API, or the outreach the data was feeding. What each Clearbit competitor publishes, and which one fits which job.

The best Clearbit alternative depends on the job Clearbit did. On HubSpot, the same data is included from Starter up at no credit cost, so the alternative is HubSpot itself. For Salesforce or any other CRM, Apollo.io ($49 to $119 a seat a month billed annually), Lusha ($37.45 to $299.95 a month billed yearly) and UpLead ($99 or $199 a month) publish prices. ZoomInfo and Cognism quote only.

People start looking for a Clearbit alternative for one reason. Clearbit's own help center now says it is no longer offering new standalone subscriptions and is focused on supporting current customers. The free tools went on April 30, 2025, and the free Logo API on December 8, 2025. Whatever you used Clearbit for, the replacement has to be chosen for that specific job, because no single Clearbit competitor does all of them. The price side of this, including what the data costs inside HubSpot credit by credit, is on our clearbit pricing page.

Which Clearbit job you need replaced

A person sorting printed cards into piles on a meeting table next to two laptops and a tablet

Clearbit was sold as one product and used as four. Before you read a single comparison, write down which of these your team actually depended on, because they lead to different shortlists.

  • Enrichment. A form fill or an imported lead gets industry, headcount, revenue band and tech stack filled in, so it can be scored and routed.
  • Website visitor identification. Clearbit Reveal turned an anonymous IP address into a company name, so sales could see which accounts were on the pricing page.
  • The API. Engineers called Clearbit from your own product, warehouse or Salesforce pipeline.
  • A shortcut to outreach. The enriched record was really there so a rep could write a better first email. The data was the means, not the end.

Four of the seven print a figure you can put in a budget today. The two that quote are the ones with the deepest coverage and the longest contracts, which is the usual trade in this market.

Clearbit alternatives for enrichment, if you are not on HubSpot

If your CRM is HubSpot, stop here and check a setting. HubSpot's knowledge base states that data enrichment does not consume credits on Starter, Professional and Enterprise, and that automatic enrichment ships switched off. Plenty of teams shopping for a Clearbit replacement already own it and have never turned it on.

Salesforce teams are the ones with a real gap, because the data is now sold only as part of HubSpot.

Apollo.io, if you want data and sending on one bill

Apollo publishes Basic at $49, Professional at $79 and Organization at $119 a seat a month billed annually, with Organization needing three seats. Each seat carries 30,000 to 72,000 credits a year and sequencing is built in. For a Salesforce team that lost Clearbit enrichment and wants one tool for finding, enriching and emailing, it is the first name on most shortlists. The catch is the annual commitment and a bill that grows with headcount.

Lusha, if the job is enriching inbound leads

Lusha sells inbound enrichment on published plans from $49.90 a month, with API access and CSV enrichment from Pro. A verified email is one credit and a phone number is five, so enriching form fills with a mobile number costs far more than enriching them with a title and company. The per reveal math is on lusha pricing.

UpLead, if you want one credit to mean one whole contact

UpLead prints Essentials at $99 a month with 170 credits and Plus at $199 with 400, billed monthly, where one credit unlocks a contact with email and mobile. Plus adds enrichment and technographics. It is the simplest unit on this list for a small team that wants to budget per contact.

ZoomInfo and Cognism, if coverage matters more than a price on the page

Neither prints a figure. ZoomInfo says its pricing is consumption based and names five levers, including intent, technographics and its WebSights visitor product as cost drivers. Cognism sells CRM Enrichment as an add-on or on its own, and Data-as-a-Service priced by volume and delivery method. Both suit larger teams that were paying Clearbit a five figure contract and want a like for like data vendor. The levers that set a ZoomInfo quote are on zoominfo pricing.

Clearbit Reveal alternatives for website visitor identification

Reveal was the feature many teams miss most. Three priced routes replace it. HubSpot's buyer intent tools show companies visiting your site and charge 10 credits a company a month to monitor or create them, which is $0.10 a company. Lusha charges 2 credits for each website visitor it successfully identifies from an IP address. ZoomInfo sells WebSights as a paid addition on a quote.

Whichever you pick, budget for what happens next. A company name on your pricing page is a lead with no contact and no context. Someone still has to find the right person and write to them with a reason, and that step decides whether the identification paid for itself.

If Clearbit ran through the API inside your own stack

This is the migration that takes longest, because the work is in your code, not in a vendor contract. Clearbit is supporting existing customers, so an engineering team calling its API should first ask its Clearbit contact, in writing, what the renewal terms are and how long the endpoints you use stay supported. Then pick the replacement source: Lusha includes API access from Pro and an advanced API on Premium, and ZoomInfo and Cognism both sell data as a service, priced on a quote.

Most of the effort after that is plumbing. Every place that called Clearbit, from the signup flow to the nightly job that writes to Salesforce, has to point at the new source and map its fields. If that logic is scattered across scripts nobody owns, it can be quicker to move it onto a data integration platform that connects your apps, APIs and databases than to patch each call by hand. For the free Logo API, Clearbit's own help center points to other logo services.

If the enriched record was really there to feed your outreach

Be honest about this case, because it is common. The team did not need 100 data points on each account. It needed a rep to send a first email that showed they had looked at the company. Clearbit filled the fields, and a person still spent twenty minutes reading the website before writing.

Saleswoman, which we build, does that reading and writing. It takes an account you already have, reads the prospect's own site and public sources, writes the first touch and the follow ups, and marks every factual sentence as sourced or unverified, holding any it cannot back up. It syncs with HubSpot on every plan and with Salesforce from Team, and costs a flat $149, $399 or $999 a month, month to month. It has no contact database and does not identify website visitors, so a team that needs those keeps a data tool alongside it.

If you are on HubSpot, the native comparison is its Prospecting Agent at 100 credits a lead, worked through at four volumes in our HubSpot AI SDR cost breakdown. What the sync writes back into the CRM is on CRM automation.

How to replace Clearbit in five steps

  1. List every place Clearbit data shows up: forms, lead scoring, routing rules, reports, the API. Mark which ones broke and which ones nobody noticed.
  2. If you are on HubSpot, have a Super Admin switch on automatic enrichment and check the fields fill before buying anything.
  3. Run 50 of your own recent leads through each shortlisted tool and compare match rates. A cheaper vendor is worth nothing on a list it cannot match.
  4. Rewire routing and scoring rules to the new fields before you turn the old source off, so leads keep landing with the right owner.
  5. If step one showed the data mostly fed first emails to accounts you already had, trial a writing tool on those same 50 accounts before you buy another database.

What is the best alternative to Clearbit?

On HubSpot, HubSpot itself, since enrichment is included from Starter up with no credits. On Salesforce or another CRM, Apollo.io for data and sequences on one annual bill from $49 a seat, Lusha for inbound enrichment from $37.45 a month billed yearly, and ZoomInfo or Cognism for enterprise coverage on a quote. For the outreach itself, an AI SDR.

Is Clearbit still available?

Only to existing customers. Clearbit's help center says it is no longer offering new standalone subscriptions, is not creating free accounts, and is focused on supporting current customers. New buyers are pointed to HubSpot, where the same data is sold as part of the platform and billed through HubSpot Credits.

What replaced Clearbit Connect?

Clearbit Connect, the free email finder, was switched off with the other free tools on April 30, 2025. The closest paid replacement is an email finder such as Lusha, which reveals a verified email for one credit, or Apollo, whose seats carry thousands of credits a year. Inside HubSpot, enrichment now fills contact fields without a separate tool.

More on sales outreach tools

The rest of the writing, on the same three subjects: what to send, what to check before it goes, and what to keep afterwards.

  • Lusha alternative

Lusha publishes its prices, so the reason to switch is rarely the list rate. Which Lusha competitors fit which job, what each prints on its own pricing page, and why the five credit phone reveal decides more than the plan name.

  • RocketReach alternative

RocketReach already publishes one of the lowest per contact prices in the category, so switching for price alone rarely pays. Which RocketReach competitors fit which job, what each one prints on its own pricing page, and when the answer is not another database.

  • Seamless AI alternative

Seamless.AI prints no figure above its free tier and sells every plan as an annual contract. Which Seamless AI competitors publish a price, what each one meters, and which one fits the job you actually bought Seamless for.

  • ZoomInfo competitors

ZoomInfo quotes rather than publishes, and so do several of its rivals. Which ZoomInfo competitors print a figure, what each one meters, and the question that decides whether you need a database at all.
